Last week the world was shocked when one of the strongest dancers, Kristin Cavallari, was given the boot early in the Dancing with the Stars competition, so we all waited with baited breath to see who would be the casualty Oct. 11. In the end, it was two of the mid-range dancers — Rob Kardashian and Chynna Phillips — who were on the chopping block…

However, Chynna, 43, was ultimately the one to be eliminated, following her major flub up the night before.

“I’m disappointed. I’m sad. But I have to take responsibility. I messed up,” the singer told host Tom Bergeron. “I have an amazing partner. Tony is amazing. He’s been there for me 100% the entire way. I’m very grateful for the opportunity. Thank you to everyone who voted for me.”

Chynna handled her elimination with poise, but we could tell how devastated she really was. Had she not forgotten the dance last night, she likely would have made it far in the competition. What a bummer!

I hope Nancy Grace savored every minute of her paso doble on the Oct. 10 episode of Dancing with the Stars – because after tonight’s elimination round, she may never dance again! Nancy tied with Chaz Bono and Chynna Phillips for the second-lowest score last night, squeaking out a measly 21 out of 30 from the judges; and without an awkward bodily function to drum up buzz, I have a feeling America drop her like a bad habit. [Insert fart joke here.]

In past weeks, Nancy has managed to overshadow her low scores with outlandish gimmicks. First came the epic nip slip, which she quickly denied, claiming it was actually a flower petal from her costume. This was followed by the fart heard ’round the world, which she also denied, blaming it on her poor dance partner Tristan MacManus.

But the time for farts and nips is long gone. Unless Carson Kressley gets voted off tonight — though I sincerely hope he doesn’t, because he’s single-handedly keeping the satin suit jacket industry afloat — it’ll be curtains for Miz Grace.

Chynna Phillips has certainly made a come back! Within this last year, the 43-year-old singer made a memorable cameo with her group Wilson Phillips in the hit film, Bridesmaids, and now she’s taking the dance floor by storm on Dancing with the Stars. HollywoodLife.com caught up with Chynna last week and she told us how she’s getting along with her fellow contestants — and who she considers to be her biggest competition!

“It’s obviously J.R.[Martinez],” she said. “He’s just so naturally gifted as a dancer. He’s just got an incredible spirit. He’s so enigmatic. He enters the room and everyone is smiling. If I had to lose the ocmpetition to somebody, it would be him.”

In week one, Chynna and J.R. tied for first place, each scoring 22/30. Unfortunately for them, they were squelched the following week by Ricki Lake; however, the talented dancers were still only one point away from each other.

Chynna also said she’s made unexpected an friend on the show with one girl in particular.

“Kristin Cavallari is my new BFF,” she said. “I just love that girl. She’s so nice. She’s so down to earth. So real.”

Chynna will compete with her partner Tony Dovolani on the third week tonight on ABC. Who do YOU think will win Dancing with the Stars?

Commentator Nancy Grace is the last person who you’d think would flash her boobs on live television, so when it happened on Dancing with the Stars this week, she was obviously mortified. Thankfully, she’s bonded with her co-star Chynna Phillips, who comforted her backstage after the show.

HollywoodLife.com chatted with Chynna Sept. 29 and she told us what she told Nancy after the nip slip: “I said, ‘Honey, if you’ve seen one nipple, you’ve seen them all.’ I said it was no big deal.”

Chynna, 43, told us she’s actually been most surprised about how well she bonded with Nancy out of all her fellow contestants.

“I was kind of scared to meet her,” she explained. “I would never want to be on Nancy’s bad side. She’s funny. Totally self-deprecating. Really, really supportive. A great mom. And a Christian. We love talking about Jesus together.”

We also asked Chynna if she knew the story behind Rob Kardashian‘s claim that a married dance pro and his or her star partner have been hooking up this season on the show.

“No! Oh my gosh,” she said. “I’m going to pull him aside and ask him who! If it’s true, all I hope is that NONE of them are married.”

Wilson Phillips is back and stronger than ever! The popular group from the ’90s made up of Carnie Wilson, Wendy Wilson and Chynna Phillips is celebrating 20 years together by releasing a tribute album dedicated to their parents — Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys and John and Michelle Phillips of The Mamas & the Papas. How exciting is that?!

“Right now Wilson Phillips is recording a tribute album to our parents,” Chynna told us on a conference call Sept. 29. “It’s all Mamas & Papas and Beach Boys. It’s called Dedicated.

She said the album is being produced through Sony Masterworks and will be released early next year.

Currently Chynna is competing on season 13 of Dancing with the Stars and told us she’d love for Wilson Phillips to perform on the show. However, there’s a catch.

“Apparently if I make it to episode eight, they said Wilson Phillips can perform next year,” she said. “Apparently you have to make it so far before they’ll [commit to you].”

We bet Rob Kardashian didn’t mean to break this story. While being interviewed on ‘The Mojo in the Morning Show,’ the 24-year-old reality star admitted there is a duo on Dancing with the Stars who are having an extramarital affair with each other…oops!

After saying he’s not hooking up with this partner, Cheryl Burke, Rob said, “I know some of the couples on the show, some of the celebrities that are married, that are..and some professionals that are married…that are having an affair with their partner.”

The interviewers seemed pretty shocked Rob gave this information up without any pushing, and tried to get him to name names. However, by that point, Rob stayed mum.

That said, there aren’t too many married celebs and dance pros on the the show this season, so it’s not too hard to guess who it is.

Technically, David Arquette is still married to Courteney Cox, but they are separated. Additionally, he recently said on Howard Stern he’s seeing a new girlfriend named Christina McLarty, who’s Joe Francis‘s ex, and we doubt he’s cheating on her with Kym Johnson.

Meanwhile, Nancy Grace is married, but it’s really hard for us to imagine her hooking up with her partner, Tristan MacManus, especially because she has young kids.

Although she’s not married, Ricki Lake does have a longtime boyfriend…but we’re not seeing sparks fly between her and Derek Hough.

Technically, Chynna Phillips and Tony Dovolani are the only partners who are BOTH married. Chynna has been married to Billy Baldwin for nearly 20 years, but it hasn’t all been a bed of roses. Last year, the 43-year-old singer filed for divorce, but then withdrew the papers days later. Shortly thereafter, she admitted herself into rehab.

Of course, Rob could have just been joking and wanting to deflect attention off him. Maybe no one is hooking up at all. Do YOU think there’s any truth to what he said?

Everyone knows bad luck is associated with the number 13. Ever since the new cast of Dancing With The Stars was announced, more than a few people have been scratching their heads over the participating celebs and wondering if there will be more failed attempts at two-stepping and injuries than past seasons! However, all questionable contestants and bad luck rumors aside, Good Morning America had the honor of announcing the toe-tapping duos and we gotta say, we think it’s gonna be good!Without further adieu, here are the pairs for next season:

Carnie and Wendy Wilson and Chynna Phillips are the kids of musicians, so it’s not a surprise to learn that their own children are musically inclined too!

It looks like it won’t be long till the gals of Wilson Phillips (Carnie Wilson, Wendy Wilson and Chynna Phillips) are challenged on the Billboard charts — by their kids! The youngsters are third-generation musicians and plan to follow their moms and grandparents into the music biz.

Wendy’s kids already have a name for their band. “They said, ‘The name of our band is the Bad Boys,’” Wendy, 41, tells HollyBaby.com. “I think it’s hysterical!” Sounds like the boys are putting together a group just like their grandfather Brian Wilson‘s band, the Beach Boys.

Wendy’s four boys — Leo, 7, Beau, 6, and twins, Will and Jesse, 3 — are already practicing. “They like to sing to the Beatles music,” Wendy laughs. “One will have the bass, one the guitar, one drums, and then the other is the singer. So they play and they totally act it out and pretend that they’re in a rock band. It’s adorable.”

“My older boys have taken piano lessons already and they know how to read music,” Wendy adds. “And I think when they’re a little older, I’m going to put Beau into drum lessons and Leo into guitar.”

Sister and band mate Carnie, 42, would die to see her daughters Lola, 5, and Luciana, 1, join up with their cousins and Chynna’s kids to start a band. “Honest to god, if that happened I would s**t in my pants,” Carnie told us. “This is what’s weird, we kind of got a taste of that when they come on stage with us. When we sing in concert and the kids are there, they’ll all come running out on the encore. That’s what we used to do with the Beach Boys, so it’s a total mind warp right there. I would be just delighted.” Carnie’s oldest has already started singing and has a solo in her school’s holiday show this year.

Third member of Wilson Phillips, Chynna, 42, whose own parents John and Michelle Phillips were in the Mamas & the Papas, would also like to see her kids (daughters Jameson, 10 and Brooke, 6, and son Vance, 8) team up with the Phillips’ kids. “If that were to happen, it would be very cool and I’d love to see it happen,” Chynna says. “My son plays drums and my 10-year-old daughter, Jameson, plays piano. She’s going to start guitar. They all sing. They are all very musically inclined.”
