Talk about dropping those pregnancy pounds FAST! We thought Mariah Carey was a pro at baby weight loss, but it looks like Alicia Silverstone is right on her trail! The actress, 34, who is currently filming Gods Behaving Badly, wowed at a screening of Our Idiot Brother last night, August 22, in NYC. She looks awesome!

Alicia, who is a professed vegan, exercised throughout her pregnancy and ate very healthy, which of course, leads to significant postpartum weight loss. Not to mention all that breastfeeding! Bear Blu keeps his mommy busy!

“I didn’t leave the house at all for six weeks after his birth,” Silverstone tells Us Weekly. “I wanted to soak in every moment of his scrumptiousness.”

Now baby Bear heads to the set with mommy, while daddy Christopher Jarecki watches him in between takes! Too cute!

Alicia Silverstone has been dreaming of being a mom ever “since she was 2 years old,” and now her childhood wish has come true! Alicia, 34, and her musician hubby Christopher Jarecki welcomed their little cub, Bear Blu on May 5 and now’s your chance to get a first peek!

Alicia’s boy, who she says is “part squirrel, part monkey and part peanut,” has captivated her and Chris — she didn’t leave her house until six weeks after his birth!

“I wanted to soak in every moment of his scrumptiousness,” she tells Us Weekly. “He had crazy amounts of hair when he came out,” she says, “And he’s got such a cute smile.”

The Vamps actress adds that her new man has made her old man look just as scrumptious! “He’s great at changing him and giving baths, and he massages him a lot,” she explains of Chris, 40. “I thought that man was handsome before, but it’s so unbelievably sexy to watch him hold our baby.”

As for Bear’s unique name, Alicia says Chris’ mother thought of it! “We had narrowed our list to five boy names, and then we couldn’t really decide. She suggested Bear or Blu, and I loved them both,” Alicia says, adding that people find the moniker “super cute.” So do we! Congrats Alicia!

We knew someone was going to burst this weekend and that lucky mommy was Alicia Silverstone! The actress gave birth to a baby boy named Bear Blu on Thursday, May 5!

Congratulations go out to Alicia Silverstone and her hubby, Christopher Jarecki! The happy couple welcomed their new bundle of joy, a boy named Bear Blu weighing in at 7 lbs., 15 oz. and sources tell X17online.com that Alicia is already at home with the baby!

“Mom and Dad are completely in love” with their “beautiful baby boy,” Alicia’s rep said in a statement to People.

Alicia, 34, who has not announced the sex of the baby, had a water-birth at an LA-area birthing center, which might explain why she’s been keeping up with her yoga exercises throughout her pregnancy!

Congrats again Alicia and Chris! What a perfect Mother’s Day gift!

Alicia Silverstone‘s bump has been growing and growing more and more and now we’re starting to notice it’s getting a little droopy! Of course the myth is that this means she’s having a boy, but an expert tells us the truth behind carrying low in your pregnancy.

“Carrying low usually occurs in the last trimester of pregnancy when the baby drops and gets into position for a normal delivery,” obstetrician Dr. Tara Solomon tells HollyBaby.com. So, does this mean Alicia, 34, is in her last trimester? Well, it looks to be that way by the size of her bump!

“She is actually not carrying low because her entire abdomen is still filled out,” Dr. Solomon adds. “When the baby drops, the entire upper abdomen is empty.” So it sounds like Alicia’s baby might be dropping down to simply get ready to come into the world!

“Carrying low is not dangerous and exercise like yoga, squatting, etc. can help get the baby into position near the mother’s due date,” Dr. Solomon says. And it’s obvious that Alicia is up to date on her Yoga stretches.

So, we might not know the sex of Alicia and her husband Chris Jarecki‘s baby, but what we do know is that she’s definitely in her last trimester!
