Ashley Hebert has had a rough season on The Bachelorette, but it’s finally coming to a close. Next Monday is her last final rose ceremony, and by the show’s end, she’ll either be engaged to Ben Flajnik or JP Rosenbaum. However, she’s decided to put both men through the ringer, and lets them get down on bended knee to propose to her — fully well knowing she can only pick one to wed. Is this completely cruel?

The 24-year-old dental assistant has always prided herself on how she respects the guys and how she doesn’t want to hurt them with her choices. She’s even displayed this by dumping Ryan Park before a rose ceremony in order to save him embarrassment, knowing full well she would never want to be with him.

So why is she about to let both men confess their feelings when she only feels for one? “Both guys get full-on down on one knee,” a show insider tells Us magazine.

Really caring for Ben and JP as she does, is it fair of her to let both embarrass themselves on national television to reveal a love that she only feels for one? Shouldn’t she do as former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky did last season by letting Chris Lambton go before the final ceremony?

Perhaps Ashley is feeling low about herself — after, Bentley Williams and Constantine Tzortzis both opted out of the competition rather than date her — or perhaps she really doesn’t like either of her two finalists, but it is not fair to make both guys pour out their hearts if she seriously loves or prefers one over the other.

Does this make Ashley feel better about herself, that two great guys are fighting for her (and that was out of 25 original suitors) until the bitter end? That both are going to tell her how strongly they feel? It isn’t right.

The reality star literally could not make up her mind about who to choose until the very end of the show’s taping.  “I liked so many things about both of them,” she said. “But, at the end, I knew exactly how I felt.” Really? Doesn’t sound like it.

It’s no wonder this season will have an unexpected outcome: “Viewers will see something from one of the guys you’ve never really seen: anger,” says the tabloid. “There is no friendship with Ashley after that.”

I’d say this, at least, is a pretty fair assumption, given that Ashley herself is hardly being fair to two men who genuinely care about her. She’s leading on the one she’s about to dump, and she’s playing fast and loose with the emotions of the one she’s going to pick in the end. How can she legitimately want to marry one when she’s still kissing and having sleepovers with another?

This kind of fickleness in love isn’t going to get Ashley anywhere in the long run. Let her mistakes be a lesson to you.

Jesse Csincsak sits down with former ‘Bachelor’ and ‘Bachelorette’ contestants to talk about the drama surrounding the possibility of Emily Maynard becoming the next ‘Bachelorette.’ Find out what they have to say!

On Jesse Csincsak and RTVZone.com‘s The Bachelorette Beatdown, past contestants from our favorite reality series each had something to say about Emily Maynard‘s most recent drama — the decision to become the next Bachelorette now that she’s done with Bachelor Brad Womack. And everyone agrees: Emily’s circumstances make it impossible for her to dedicate herself to the star role!

Jesse opened up the chat with a recap of what happened on the latest episode. He describes Emily as “the most emotional girl on Planet Earth.” He reminds everyone of how she sat crying and not saying a word for 15 minutes during her special where she discussed her breakup with Brad with host Chris Harrison.

In David Good‘s opinion, Emily is too-fame hungry to be an actual star and he thinks she lies about her feelings. “I’m fed up with people defending her at this point,” says David. “It’s like her saying she doesn’t like being around racetracks because it reminds her of Ricky [Hendrick]. Complete BS as far as I’m concerned.”

Chris Lambton agrees with David that Emily loves the spotlight. “If you don’t like being on camera, why would you fly your a** to LA, ditch your kid some place and then go on TV?” explained Chris, as he shrugged his shoulders in satisfaction. It’s kind of true, right?

Ashley Spivey, on the other hand, thinks Emily is too shy to enjoy the attention. “She told us multiple times in the house that she did not want to be Bachelorette,” shared Ashley. “That has a lot to do with the fact that I don’t think she particularly loves being on camera.”

The boys point out Emily flew all the way to LA to do the interview. But Ashley quickly fired back: “People have been saying a lot of mean things to her. She probably wanted to respond.”

Marissa May agreed with Ashley. “Like she said in the interview, she didn’t want to feel like she was lying to everybody when it didn’t turn out like the fairytale that everybody thought it was,” she revealed.”She’s concerned with how everyone else is going to see her and see this situation.”

Moving the topic forward, Trista Sutter — who has been The Bachelorette herself — thinks motherhood would hold Emily back from really committing to the show. ”I can’t imagine her being The Bachelorette, just for that plain reason alone, as a mom,” noted Trista. “Even if there was a big dollar sign with it, I don’t know that she would agree to it.”

And Tenley Molzahn agrees that having a child would make it difficult. She’s direct, offering a piece of advice to Emily: “Don’t do it. That’s all I have to say.”

If Brad is actually engaged to Emily, then who will be the next ‘Bachelorette?’ Could it be Chantal? An insider tells HollywoodLife.com a last-minute casting shuffle has changed everything!

Could Bachelor Brad Womack in fact be engaged to Emily Maynard and not Chantal O’Brien? Reality Steve — the usually reliable TV blogger  who originally said Chantal was the winner — now says Brad and Emily are engaged. That would leave Chantal high and dry!

Now if Emily is in fact the winner on The Bachelor, runner-up Chantal may have been in line to become ABC’s next Bachelorette. But we are hearing that original casting plans have dramatically changed.

“They changed the Bachelorette at the last minute,” a source close to the show tells HollywoodLife.com. “They were finalizing the list of male contestants and word spread that they had swapped out their previous choice for The Bachelorette. It was chaos.”

That could mean that both Chantal and Emily are out of the picture for The Bachelorette. So who could be the lucky girl?

There’s speculation that Ashley Hebert or Vienna Girardi, who was briefly engaged to former Bachelor Jake Pavelka, could be up for the coveted spot. Both have said they would love the opportunity if it was presented to them.

Instead of seeking fame and fortune like the last Bachelor, Jake Pavelka, Chris says he wants a normal life! Respect!

After having his heart broken by Ali Fedotowsky on The Bachelorette this season, Chris Lambton was a lock to be offered an opportunity to become the next Bachelor. Well, guess what, BFFs? Chris actually turned down this dream job to return to his “normal” life! We approve!

Sources tell E! that the 33-year-old Cape Cod, Mass. landscaper wants to return to his “normal life” and step away from the spotlight. This is a big difference from former Bachelor Jake Pavelka, who used the
ABC reality as an opportunity to further along his acting career.

However, although he’s turned down the gig, you still might see Chris appear on the show yet! “The producers really want Chris to be the guy,” one insider says. “They’re hoping they can convince him…This definitely isn’t dead yet.”

Tenley says she saw Ali immediately after The Bachelorette stopped shooting — and she definitely didn’t look like a girl who looked happily engaged!

When it comes to newly engaged The Bachelorette couple Ali Fedotowksy and Roberto Martinez, everyone is asking the same question: will it last? Tenley Molzahn, Ali’s former rival for Jake Pavelka‘s affections on The Bachelor, says she isn’t so sure their love will last!

“The funny thing is, I saw Ali right after she returned home from filming The Bachelorette - right before I left to film the Bachelor Pad- and she had me fooled! I would never have known she was engaged to someone and so in love!” the season 14 runner-up told HollywoodLife.com exclusively at KIIS FM’s Teen Choice Lounge at the W Los Angeles-Westwood August 6.

She added, “I hope it will last…but just like any relationship, they still have to go through some testing times. “

As for any advice she could give the happy – and newly engaged – couple, Tenley advises they shy away from the limelight. “They are going to be out together, photographed together and interveiwed together, they can keep it real through all that. But when it comes to trying to be at every single party, I think that’s when it gets a little tough, just not focusing on the two of them and alone time for themselves, and getting caught up in all that. As long as they love each other, and just hang on to one another and make time for that, then I think they will be good.”

As for her own love life, Tenley says she ‘may’ have somebody – bust isn’t ruling out a relationship with The Bachelorette’s recent runner-up Chris Lambton. “He’s a good catch! A nice guy!” she enthused. ” I might not be looking at the moment, so we will have to see where that ends up. Chris is a really great guy!”

After three months of hiding their engagement, Ali and Roberto couldn’t keep their hands off one another at The Bachelorette wrap party in LA Monday night

What better way to say ‘I love you’ than with a little heavy petting? Ali Fedotowsky and her fiance, Roberto Martinez, are so enamored with one another that they could barely stop kissing at The Bachelorette wrap party last night!

“They couldn’t keep their hands off each other and they were never separated. They are totally gaga for each other!” an eyewitness at the Capital City sports bar in Los Angeles tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively; The Bachelorette cast and crew watched Roberto, a 26-year-old insurance salesman from Florida, propose to Ali, 25, on 20 flat screens at the venue August 2.

Their chemistry was obvious to everyone in the room, so much so that when the proposal occurred, everyone in the room burst into applause and began singing “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” from The Lion King!

Says our insider, “They kissed often and had their heads on the other’s shoulders. It was a serious love fest – not in the way that you wanted them to get a room, but in a way that seemed real and legit. They drank beers and mingled to anyone and everyone. They were both very emotional.”

The best moment of the night, according to our source? “They both reached for their beers at the same time and giggled and did the wedding glass toast thing with their bottles before Roberto said, ‘Practice makes perfect.’”

No wonder everyone at the bar gave them a standing ovation when they left! Three cheers to the happy couple!

Roberto is the right guy for Ali — I’m sure of it! But will they last longer than ‘Bachelor’ Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi?

I am totally convinced: Ali Fedotowsky picked the right guy on the season finale of The Bachelorette on Aug. 2 – Roberto Martinez is the man of her dreams! And, even though Chris Lambton was an amazing choice, Ali’s heart belonged to Roberto from the very beginning!

Unlike what I thought about Jake and Vienna, namely that they were doomed to fail, I think this is at least one couple that will last.

There’s no question that Ali and Roberto are completely in love! From the minute she saw him get of the limousine, it was love at first sight! “He’s unbelievably handsome and he has so much respect for others and so much respect for me and I couldn’t have gotten a better man,” Ali gushed on the After The Final Rose special edition to host Chris Harrison.

Ali isn’t the only one who seems to be deeply in love. “The first time that I really realized that I could be with her was at the second or third rose ceremony where I couldn’t picture my life without he.” said Roberto. “I tell her all the time I can’t believe we met on a TV show …  I love this woman with all my heart!” Aww!

During the final episode, Ali had a tough decision to make — which man to spend the rest of her life with! When she chose Roberto, Ali had to let go my number one pick from the beginning. But, I have to say, the way Ali said goodbye was the most appropriate and caring way possible.

Instead of waiting until the final rose ceremony to tell Chris how she felt, she let him go the day before. This took a lot of respect. “I’m in love with someone else,” Ali told Chris, saving him the emabarassment of showing up the next day and proposing to her. That took guts!

But, for Ali, this was the ultimate decision. I have never seen her as happy as she was when Roberto got down on one knee.

And, unlike Jake Pavelka and ex-fiancee Vienna Girardi, I have to say that Ali & Roberto have a good fighting chance to make their relationship last because it seems real. From the way he was touching her and the way she looked into his eyes and held onto him at the After The Final Rose filming, it’s easy to see that their feelings for each other are sincere.

So, even though Ali said goodbye to my favorite guy from this season, I think she made the right decision. Roberto is the man for her, not question about it!
