Now that ex-wife Elin Nordegren has moved on with billionaire businessman Jamie Dingman, Tiger is spending more time with his kids…and a new lady!

We’re happy to see Tiger Woods finally spending some time with his two adorable kids with Elin Nordegren, daughter Sam, 4, and son Charlie, 2. But, they’re not the only ones he’s cuddling up to on a cruise around Jupiter Island, Fl. on his yacht Solitude! Who’s the mystery woman?

Tiger nursed his knee and leg injuries — and grieved the loss of his longtime caddie Steve Williams — aboard the $2 to 3 million yacht he allegedly built from ex-wife Elin.

But who was the woman pictured with him and his kids? New girlfriend?

Nope. TMZ.com, who obtained the photos, is reporting that the lovely lady is Tiger’s nanny and NOT a love interest…yet.

We all know Tiger Woods has a ton of money, but Elin Nordegren’s doing well for herself, too! Check out what a $110 million divorce settlement will get you!

Now that divorcees Elin Nordegren, 31, and Tiger Woods, 35, have moved on from the golfer’s tumultuous past, Tiger has taken over residency of the newly completed, $50 million home he and his ex-wife had been working on for five years. But, no worries. Elin has her own amazing digs in North Palm Beach and her house is twice the size of Tiger’s. Their two cute kids, Sam, 3, and Charlie, 2, are really living the good life!

Tiger’s 9,700 square foot home, located 10 miles from Elin’s on Jupiter Island for the sake of the kids, 2, includes a 3.5 acre golf course, 6,400 square foot private gym/media room/bar and multiple swimming pools.

And although his new bachelor pad is much more expensive than Elin’s $12.2 million mansion, the beachfront, 17,178 square foot residence boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

And you know what else, Elin’s house was a steal! She paid almost $3 million less than the sellers paid in early 2002. Very economical.

Tiger’s on a PR blitz to try to rebuild his image. Sorry Tiger, we’re glad you’ve accepted what you’ve done, but we still don’t feel bad for you. You’re gross.

Tiger Woods, 35, made his talk show return last night on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, where he got a couple of not-so-good laughs and chuckles from the audience. But he got past all that this morning (March 17) on Good Morning America and opened up about single fatherhood and his two kids with ex-wife Elin Nordegren, Sam, 3, and Charlie, 2. Is he really focusing on his children, or just trying to win back some of the sponsors he lost after his hooker scandal?

“It’s work, there’s no doubt,” the pro-golfer tells ABC‘s Robin Roberts of being a single dad. “It’s tough. But it’s enjoyable. That’s the work I love.”

Expanding on this, Tiger says he truly just enjoys spending time with his kids. “I just love being with them and seeing what they’re doing, what they’re capable of doing,” he says,” the joys, just the shifts of interest. … It’s just fun. We have a great time together.”

And although he’s busy traveling the world, competing in golf tournaments and participating in events, he always makes time to be with Sam and Charlie.

“I’m present with my kids,” he explains. “And that’s important, because to be with them each and every time I’m with them, to feel that and be connected to them and to see their joys on their faces, whether it’s Sam dancing and creating things and coloring and rearranging furniture and all that stuff.”

And while Sam’s dancing, Tiger says his 2-year-old tot is into anything related to sports. “Give him a stick and a ball,” Tiger says, “and he’s happy.” Next pro-golfer?

Robin noted that Tiger’s arrogant nature is completely gone and now he is truly humbled. And to be honest, it sounds like he is. “Family’s first. That’s the way it was when I was growing up,” he explains. “My mom and dad were always there … and that’s what I have with my kids now.”

We still don’t sympathize with him after what he did to Elin with all those hookers. What do you think?

Happy Birthday Charlie Woods! We know your dad Tiger is competing in a golf tournament in Dubai today, but no worries, your mom Elin and big sister Sam, 3, will be right by your side! Cake, anyone?

Thankfully, you and your sister have helped mommy get through the hard times she’s endured with your pro-golfer dad. “First and foremost, my children are the reason I’m getting through this,” Elin, 31, says. “Just having them around, hugging me, kissing me, gives me the strength to get through everyday.”

For the first time since June, Tiger has been photographed with his two young children — and everyone looks happy.

OMG! We were beginning to think that this day would never arrive! Today (Feb. 1) Tiger Woods was spotted taking his daughter, Sam, and son, Charlie, to a local gymnastics class near his home in Orlando, Fl. His mom Kultida tagged along on the fun. Can you believe Tiger hasn’t been photographed with Sam and Charlie since June 26, 2010? He’s been slipping when it comes to daddy duty.

Tiger is spending less and less time with his kids

We’re assuming the pro golfer, who caused quite the media stir after he was caught in a cheating scandal with his now ex-wife Elin Nordegren, is making up for lost time considering he missed many of the kids’ milestones. After swearing he would never miss another one of his children’s birthdays again, Tiger will be busy competing in a golf tournament in Dubai on Feb 8. — which happens to be his son’s second birthday! Tiger was a no show at Sam’s 3rd birthday in June because he was competing in the U.S. Open.

But despite all that, we are very glad to finally see Sam and Charlie spending time with their dad. Everyone looks happy and excited to be with each other.

She may only be recognized as the woman whose life was turned upside down by Tiger Woods, but Elin Nordegren is much more than that. She is an inspiration for other women dealing with similar infidelity issues, proving that just because you feel the pain, doesn’t mean everyone has to be a witness to it. Elin is the single mother of two adorable kids, Sam, 3, and Charlie, 1, who she would do anything for. She is on her way to finding the happiness she deserves!

“I have been through the stages of disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the family I so badly wanted for my children,” she told People magazine about her husband’s betrayal. “I also feel stronger than I ever have. I have confidence in my beliefs, my decisions and myself. My immediate plan is for the kids and me to continue to adjust to our new situation. I am going to keep taking classes, but my main focus is to try to give myself time to heal,” she says. We hope Elin has a wonderful birthday and celebrates with her family and friends. Although it’s been a tough 2010 for Tiger Woods, it has probably been even tougher on his ex-wife Elin Nordegren and their kids Sam, 3, and Charlie, 1. Let’s hope that Tiger will not only bring up his golf game this year, but make sure he spends quality time with his children. They are the two people that need his love the most!

“I take full responsibility for my actions and will tell the truth,” Tiger said about explaining his scandal to his kids. “I will sit down and talk to them face to face-eyeball to eyeball. My dad had always said to me that love is a given, trust and respect are earned. He may not have had his kids around, but Tiger was certainly not alone Dec. 25!

It looks like Tiger Woods is getting his first taste of joint custody holidays as after spending Thanksgiving with kids Sam and Charlie the golfer was alone on Christmas as ex-wife Elin Nordegren took the tots to Sweden! Not to worry however as Tiger was spotted court side for the Orlando Magic/Boston Celtics game in Orlando, which Orlando managed to win!

Tiger has been vocal about how upset and saddened he is by his divorce from Elin, something that is probably more difficult to deal with on the holidays!

As for New Years, Tiger is expected at Donlad Trump‘s party in Palm Beach — let’s just hope Rachel Uchitel doesn’t make an appearance as well!
