Clueless star Elisa Donovan married Charlie Bigelow in Carmel, California on Saturday Oct. 13, surrounded by family and friends!

“After meeting three years ago in Sayulita, Mexico while vacationing with friends, we are thrilled to report that we were married on Oct. 13,” the couple told PEOPLE. “We credit Charlie’s friend Owen for waving Elisa in from the beach in what would be the moment that changed our lives.”

Elisa, 41, wore an Elizabeth Fillmore dress and Jimmy Choo shoes while Charlie, 36, wore a Burberry tux!

The beautiful ceremony on the Vineyard Lawn at The Carmel Valley Ranch brought together guests such as True Blood’s Sam Trammell and his love Missy Yager, Bruce Ferber, executive producer of Elisa’s sitcom, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, and the couple’s daughter Scarlett Avery.

“We had hoped to take a dance lesson beforehand, but it turns out planning a wedding with a 5-month-old doesn’t leave you lots of extra time, so it never happened,” says Elisa. “Since I’m a big salsa dancer I whispered, ‘Let me lead…’ to Charlie as we started and we went for it.”
