Police confirm that on the last day Caylee Anthony was seen alive, someone searched “foolproof suffocation” on the Anthonys’ computer. This newly found evidence could have convicted Casey Anthony for the murder of her daughter.

The Orlando Sentinel reports that the term was searched on a computer at the home of George and Cindy Anthony on June 16, 2008 — the same day Caylee was last seen alive. After repeatedly asking the whereabouts of Caylee, it took Cindy 31 days to call the police to notify them about her missing granddaughter.

Authorities say that the “foolproof suffocation” search wasn’t new, but prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick admitted to Sentinel that investigators did not know about the search until Casey was acquitted of all charges.

Caylee’s body was found in a garbage bag dumped in a swamp on December 11, 2008, almost six months after her grandparents had last seen her.

Jeff Danziger, the psychiatrist who reviewed Casey Anthony before her trial, says Casey doesn’t know who fathered her two-year-old daughter Caylee because she was date raped at a party when she was 18-years-old, according to the NY Daily News! “Two beers, possibly given another drug. Woke up passed out,” Jeff said in a newly-released deposition. “Don’t remember anything at a party, age 18. This is how she said she got pregnant.”

Even more shocking: Casey also claimed she was sexually abused by her father George Anthony, and that he might have impregnated her! But defense attorney provided no evidence to support the accusation, and DNA tests cleared him.

The psychiatrist also said the 25-year-old showed no signs of mental illness during his tests, which he found surprising considering she was in jail as a suspect in her daughter’s murder.

“You would expect that would provoke some measure of distress, whether someone genuinely did it, whether someone was falsely accused,” he said. “If my child was missing and I was in jail being accused of it, I probably wouldn’t eat and wouldn’t be cheerful and wouldn’t be able to read.”

After standing by Casey Anthony’s side throughout the murder trial of her daughter Caylee, high-profile lawyer Jose Baez has removed himself from her legal team, according to TMZ. But the NY Post reports that Casey was planning on firing him first — she thinks he’s too focused on the limelight! “She thinks he’s using her name as a meal ticket,” a source said.

Casey hated how Jose was handling the media frenzy surrounding her case — talking with top TV talent without nailing down her first interview.

“Casey doesn’t want to be reading that Jose’s working on all of these deals on her behalf,” the source said.

Jose has been asking a $750,000 fee for Casey’s first interview, making television appearances and hobnobbing with network bigwigs while she’s in hiding.

“He’s going around taking meetings with TV producers and networks,” the source explained. “She doesn’t trust him anymore.”

After a mysterious video diary of her surfaced last week, the two had a falling out.

The source says that’s the cause for the split: “They haven’t been talking for weeks. The video was the last straw.”

Newly-released footage shows Casey’s breakdown in the Orange County Jail after she receives the news that Caylee’s body was found in Dec. 2008.

Casey Anthony has been criticized for her lack of emotion after the death of her little girl Caylee. But a new video shows Casey in what seems to be an emotional breakdown after authorities tell her Caylee’s body has been discovered.

The video was considered to be too controversial to be released during the trial, as authorities worried it would influence jurors. After finding out her missing daughter’s body was found, Casey folds over, putting her head in her hands and appearing to hyperventilate.

In July, the 25-year-old was found not guilty of murdering Caylee, but convicted on three charges of lying about her daughter’s disappearance.

The same judge who set Casey free this summer has handed her a bill for $97,676.98 towards the cost of investigating her daughter’s disappearance back in 2008.

Casey Anthony is paying a big price for lying to the cops who searched for her daughter Caylee. But is it big enough?

In July the 25-year-old was found not guilty of murdering Caylee, but convicted on three charges of lying about her daughter’s disappearance.

She was warned she could be hit in the pocket for the cost of the long investigation — Caylee went missing in June 2008 and her body was found SIX MONTHS later — particularly after she failed to report her disappearance for a full 31 days.

And Judge Belvin Perry ruled on Thursday, Sept. 15, that she’ll have to pay almost $100,000 to four agencies involved in the investigation, reports RadarOnline.com.

Here’s the breakdown of where the money’s going:

• $61,505.12 to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement
• $25,837.96 to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office
• $10,283.90 to the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation
• $50 to the State Attorney’s Office

In the Anthonys first interview since Casey was freed, George sensationally admits to Dr. Phil he believes Casey drugged her daughter so she could go out and party — and that the toddler never woke up!

A tearful George Anthony believes Casey Anthony may have been helped by an accomplice, but that his daughter was ultimately “responsible” for Caylee‘s death and the disposal of her body. His wife Cindy disagrees with her husband. She believes Caylee drowned in a tragic accident! Which of them is telling the truth?“I blame my daughter for Caylee not being here today,” George tells Dr Phil, in the show, which aired on Sept. 14.

“Do I believe that Casey is involved? Yeah. Is there someone else that could have helped her? Yeah. Did Casey cover something up? Yes. You can see that from the lies (she told). She’s responsible,” he adds.

George goes on to tell Dr. Phil WHAT he thinks really happened to his daughter.

“Inside of my heart. I don’t believe that Caylee drowned. Something else happened to her. I believe that Casey, or someone else she was with, gave too much to Caylee, she fell asleep and didn’t wake up. Some kind of drug,” he explains.

“There’s been speculation about Xanax. Or the chloroform thing,” George adds. ”There were traces of chloroform found (in Casey’s car) so it’s possible. The evidence points to that.”

When asked WHY Casey would have drugged her daughter, George replies, “So she could go out and have a good time, be with friends and have the life she couldn’t have with Caylee. Some freedom.”

Cindy disagrees, telling Dr. Phil she believes the story presented by Casey’s defense team — that Caylee drowned accidentally.

Explaining how her daughter had a history of seizures, Cindy suggests Casey may have been suffering one when Caylee fell in the family swimming pool. She also speculated that Casey may have been suffering from a mental condition, telling Dr. Phil her daughter was a different person after she became pregnant.

“I wonder If she suffered postpartum schizophrenia,” Cindy says. “I think there is something seriously wrong with my daughter. I don’t know if something happened during the pregnancy. But Casey was not that person prior to that.”

One thing the couple agreed on, was that Casey almost certainly dumped her own daughters body in the woodland near the family home — and neither can understand why.

George broke down in tears, telling Dr. Phil, “I try to deal with that every day. How could a beautiful child be placed where she was at. How could she do that?”

“How could she do that to her own daughter. I believe she was there and I believe she probably had some help.”

Cindy adds, “I believe Casey had knowledge or something to do with putting Caylee there.”

Bizarrely, Cindy then appeared to justify her daughter’s actions, explaining, “I feel that as soon as someone dies, they’re gone. Our bodies are just a vehicle. There’s no excuse for where Caylee was found.”But, to me,  that was not Caylee.”

“What were we going to do anyway?” Cindy says. “We would have cremated her. But we cremated her seven months later.”

She then explains how Casey’s not guilty verdict was justice for Caylee, adding, “I believe that justice for Caylee was when Casey walked.”

“Her soul would never have rested if her mom would have been vilified for what happened. I believe it was an accident.”

George and Cindy Anthony make the sensational claim during their interview with TV’s Dr. Phil, which is due to air next week. Is this the truth about how Caylee died?During her trial Casey Anthony alleged Caylee drowned in the pool and her dad helped dispose of the body.

The 25-year-old will escape to a beachfront villa where she’ll live a life of leisure — all financed by a wealthy businessman she has struck up a romance with since she was cleared of killing her two-year-old daughter Caylee.

Casey Anthony has to finish her year-long probation first, but she’s already planning her big move and studying Spanish so she can fit in south of the border.

“Casey continues to receive death threats, and she’s finally realized there is no place in America where she can lead a safe, quiet life,” a source tells the National Enquirer.

“She said, ‘I’m moving to Mexico, and I’m never coming back!’ Eventually, she plans to become a Mexican citizen.“

And it looks like Casey, 25, has a luxurious life waiting for her in Mexico — her new home overlooks the Pacific Ocean.

The insider adds, “The property  is so remote it’s accessible only by plane.”

“It has its own airstrip and nearly five miles of beachfront. It’s a place where Casey won’t be hounded by the media or people who believe she killed her daughter.”

And it’s all being bankrolled by the mystery lover who seduced her through prison love letters. The insider reveals, “They’d exchanged flirty letters while she was behind bars, and when Casey was freed from prison, she fled to California on a private plane. While she was there, the two had a brief romance.”

He then reportedly wrote her a check for $200,000 — more than enough money to fund her new life in Mexico.
