Walking into CLAY is an experience in itself! The space is clean, modern and sleek — they even have a fireplace!

Workout Wonders

The locker rooms have digital lockers so there’s no annoying key or bracelet to carry around during your workout. Post workout, there are ample showers with beautiful tiles, unlimited towels, disposable flip flops, plus toiletries like mouth wash, blow dryers, hairspray, deodorant and more.

CLAY treated me to a personal training session with Paula, who was great! Her circuit workout had my heart beating and my blood flowing! She was there to show me proper form and stop me if I started to struggle. She is easy to talk to and super nice, so the workout flew by!

Feeling Good Inside And Out

Less than two hours after I met with the nutritionist Erica she had e-mailed me a detailed summary of our conversation, with notes and tips to reach my goals as well as smart changes I could implement ASAP!

Gaston gave me an amazing massage to finish my day at CLAY. He listened to my concerns and asked all the right questions before the massage. He definitely had some techniques that I’ve never experienced before, plus, he was extremely professional. I can’t elaborate too much more here because I tried to shut my brain off at this point :)

On the way out, be sure to stop by the cafe for a huge menu of salads, snacks and delicious smoothies!

Overall, CLAY feels luxurious, fancy and functional, without being pretentious. The people are friendly and welcoming and the space has everything you could need and more. Make your next workout at CLAY!

With The Victoria’s Secret Fashion show, movie premieres and fancy galas this week, we had a lot of stars take the red carpet and absolutely steal the show. Although there were hundreds of styles seen, only a select few completely blew us away with their looks of perfection.

It’s no surprise Rihanna made the list this week with her Miu Miu crop-top and high waisted pencil skirt ensemble on the red carpet at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in NYC. She never shys away from showing off her toned body, and we don’t blame her because it works for her every time. Cameron Diaz looked just as stunning in a similar colorblocked look by Stella McCartney at the world premiere of Gambit.

Kristen Stewart has been broadening her fashion horizons and it is working beautifully for her. She has landed herself on our best dressed of the week yet again. At the premiere of On The Road, she opted to wear an edgy cutout Balenciaga ensemble which she paired with patent leather Christian Louboutin pumps.

Cameron Diaz, 40, looked so gorgeous at the premiere of her movie, ‘Gambit’, with her hair gently swooped into a soft, romantic bun. The updo was the perfect offset to her plunging neckline. Stylist, George Nothwood spilled his styling secrets to copy Cameron’s look!

Follow this easy guide:

Step 1: Rough dry the hair by scrunching for texture and volume.

Step 2: Blow dry bangs forward with a small round brush, rounding at the ends to create a soft edge.

Step 3: Spray Redken Quick Tease throughout the roots (excluding the bangs).

Step 4: Backcomb the hair at the roots (excluding bangs).

Step 5: Hold the hair into a ponytail then twist on itself and wrap into a bun. Grip and pin in place around the outside of the bun.

Step 6: Pull bits out around the face.

Step 7: Spray with Pureology Hair Spray and rough up the style a bit for a tousled look.

Cameron Diaz has a crush on Robert Pattinson, according to Us Weekly. The actors both attended the LACMA’s Art & Film Gala on Oct. 27, where Cameron was seen “trying really hard” to flirt with Rob. So scandalous!

According to an onlooker, “she was pretty obvious. Cam was seated next to Rob at dinner. She was touching him arm, doing her big Cameron laugh at everything he said and trying really hard. He was polite, but not having it.”

How embarrassing! Doesn’t she know that Rob and Kristen Stewart have reunited?

Cameron, 40, is several years older than Rob, 26, but she’s dated younger men before — most notably her five-year relationship with Justin Timberlake, 31. Perhaps Justin’s recent wedding to Jessica Biel was the reason she hit on Rob. Is Cameron lonely?

Either way, at 40 years old, Cameron is one hot lady. She won’t stay single for long!

Cameron Diaz may have recently tuned 40, but she looks, (and feels!), better than ever — not buying it? Well, all you have to do is take one look at her seriously sexy spread for Esquire UK’s November 2012 issue, shot by provocative photog Terry Richardson. Clad in leather, short shorts and flaunting tons of cleavage, she certainly seems very comfortable in her own skin.
