Ashton Kutcher barely has a leg to stand on these days! Demi Moore announced Nov. 17 that she was ending her six-year-marriage with Ashton and in her statement she blatantly implied it was due to Ashton’s philandering — now the first woman who accused him of cheating, Brittney Jones, is speaking out!

“Although divorce is often sad, I do feel somewhat vindicated,” Brittney tells TMZ. “For so long people have thought that I was dishonest or just making up my passionate nights with Ashton, when in fact I was being used. Ashton told me that both he and Demi had an ‘open relationship’ and that he was not in fact cheating. Now I can tell all the facts about how Ashton really was, and hopefully people will believe my side of the story. I feel for Demi very much and wish her nothing but the best during this hard time.”

With the allegations from Brittney and the recent claims made by 22-year-old Sara Leal, it seems Ashton has a lot to defend himself against. Do you believe Brittney and Sara both had affairs with Ashton?

HollywoodLife.com caught up with Vivid Entertainment head honcho, Steven Hirsch, who told us all he wants for Christmas is a Brangelina sex tape!

HollywoodLife.com chatted with Vivid Entertainment owner, Steven Hirsch, outside BOA restaurant in West Hollywood Dec. 4 and he told us he’d love to get his hands on a Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie sex tape — to which we replied, “Who wouldn’t?!”

“Obviously Brad and Angelina would be the ultimate, the ultimate sex tape!” Hirsch said, adding, “But I don’t think that is happening any time soon. In the meantime, we have a lot of great stuff coming out, and 2011 is going to be the year of the sex tape. The celebrity sex tape, and we have a lot of great stuff!”

Hirsch also dished about Ashton Kutcher‘s alleged mistress Brittney Jones‘ upcoming sex tape release. Ashton is going after Vivid Entertainment for allegedly using his name to promote Brittney’s soon-to-be-released sex tape, Brittney Jones Confidential, but Hirsch said he’s not concerned about the law suit…and Brittney’s tape is still set to hit stands Dec. 14!

“We received a letter from his attorneys, and we forwarded it to our attorneys — we’ll let the attorneys deal with that!” he said. “We’re looking forward to releasing the tape, which we are going to do on the 14th of December, and its an amazing tape! Brittany is amazing, and I am sure no one will be disappointed!”

We’re not so sure we want (or care) to watch Brittney break it down on tape, but we’d totally be on board for a Brangelina video!

Brittney Jones, 21, is a jerk for coming on to a married man, but Ashton is a bigger jerk for taking her up on her advances.

BFFs he’s the one who allegedly cheated, not Brittney, Brittany’s not married and doesn’t as far as we know, even have a boyfriend. Girls like Brittney, Rachel Uchitel, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, and John Edwards baby mama, Rielle Hunter, are sleazy star-crazed opportunists, and are a dime a dozen. Most married men will meet at least one woman in their adult lives who won’t care about the gold band on the fourth finger of their left hand.

It’s up to married men, like married women to honor their marriage vows. Just because Ashton, 32, is a Hollywood star, doesn’t make him exempt from his commitment to Demi and her daughters. He had free will. He could have ignored Brittney Jones’ advances. Brittney didn’t force him to take her phone number or force him to allegedly have sex with her. He allegedly did that all on his own!

Ashton — if you cheated — you’re by far the sleaziest in this situation. Just as  Tiger Woods, Jesse James and John Edwards were far bigger slimeballs than any of their mistresses. What do you think HollywoodLifers? Ashton or Brittney — who’s more to blame if he allegedly cheated.

I’d be surprised if Ashton was actually attracted to this girl — she’s a total mess!

What on earth did Ashton Kutcher, 32, see in 21-year-old Brittney Jones the night he allegedly had a one night stand with her? Not only did he reportedly cheat on his gorgeous wife Demi Moore, 47, with this nobody — but now the girl’s newly discovered promiscuous past makes his move even more questionable. Provocative photos are now circulating of the girl, showing her naked and laying down in different positions on the floor and in the bed of the house she lived in with her ex-boyfriend, reports RadarOnline.com!

Along with the discovery of the nude photos, a lot more has been learned about Brittney’s troubling past:

“She definitely is a hard partier and always drank a lot,” a source says. “She [also] seems to have fallen out with her mom and sister and just lives off of her boyfriends!”

And according to the source, Brittney has been making the rounds sleeping at different guys’ houses and having them financially support her!

Ashton supposedly met Brittney at Lucky Strike Lanes in Hollywood in July. A few days later, Brittney claimed that Ashton took her back to his house (while Demi wasn’t home) and slept with her.

Explosive new texts between Ashton Kutcher and his rumored former lover, 21-year-old Brittney Jones, are strengthening claims that the actor may have cheated on his 47-year-old wife, Demi Moore. Star has an interview with Brittney, who claims she made love with Ashton in the home he and Demi share and describes him as, “a great lover, very considerate and sweet.” She has also revealed texts between the two which seem to show they were much, much more than friends.

Ashton and Brittney met at Lucky Strikes in Hollywood on July 24 as he bowled with friends and family — including Demi! Brittney slipped Ashton her number on a cocktail number and in no time, according to a source, “they were texting each other suggestive things like ‘what are u wearing now.’” Then, on July 27, the relationship became physical!

Brittney says on July 27 Ashton texted her, “R u busy?” Pretty soon the pair has met up in a local parking lot and were heading to the home Ashton and Demi share — while Demi was in Detroit filming LOL : Laughing Out Loud alongside Miley Cyrus and Ashley Greene. Once they got there the two undressed and Brittney says, “We kissed. He would caress me and kiss my neck and tell me I was pretty.” When asked if he wore a condom during sex, Brittney would not offer the magazine a response.

Ashton then had Brittney erase all the texts between the two and turned down all future chances to meet up with Brittney, save one final face-to-face meeting where he said their brief fling needed to end. Ashton once again asked Brittney to delete the texts between the two but this time Brittney hid some of them.

As for reasons why Ashton may have been driven into the arms of another woman, People quotes a source who says, “Demi is very controlling. At the beginning of their relationship, Ashton would just follow her around.”

As for how she might deal with these allegations, or any cheating, the source says, “If she knew about it, she’d never allow it to continue.” They also go on to say, “If it’s true, neither one of them would admit it. They have too much pride.”

Ashton allegedly slept with a 21-year-old who looks eerily similar to his 47-year-old wife — and three top relationship experts tell us why Demi’s worst nightmare may have come true!

Even though the jury is still out as to whether or not Ashton Kutcher really cheated on his wife of five years, Demi Moore, with a 21-year-old aspiring chef named Brittney Jones, one thing is for sure – if he DID cheat, he picked a girl who look like Demi –- albeit a MUCH younger version!

“If Ashton cheated, he wanted the best of both worlds. I don’t think there’s anything more alluring than the blend of comfort and excitement,” Liz Langley, writer for SeXis magazine and author of the blog “Mind, Booty & Spirit,” tells HollywoodLife.com. “You have a type you like, that makes you feel confident, free and at ease…but then you get the rush of someone new at the same time.”

New York-based relationship expert Amanda Kane, LSW agrees that Ashton, 32, picked a younger (but definitely not hotter) version of his 47-year-old wife, and also explains why he may have cheated and walked away from the situation without any lasting repercussions to his marriage.

“Showing your wife a napkin with another woman’s number is a total manipulation. It means that Ashton was trying to prove to Demi that the girl was the sexual aggressor–not the other way around,” she says. “He appears like the hapless victim of this Demi look-alike. He can claim to Demi that he was powerless to resist the sexual advances of this seductress.”

However, Maryanne Comaroto, relationship expert and author of Hindsight: What You Need To Know Before You Drop Your Drawers, has a completely opposite opinion. She thinks Ashton and Demi have reached an understanding throughout their five year marriage and that their relationship is intact — regardless of whether or not he strayed.

“Perhaps theirs is a relationship that understands all the allure and seduction that a Hollywood relationship brings, and they have the wherewithal to have allowed for it in small measures and prepared for its likelihood in advance,” Comaroto suggests, adding, “They probably have a good relationship plan…very evolved, I would say!”

Wow! Can you imagine agreeing to let your significant other be open with other partners? That’s what like to call SWINGERS, BFFs!
