Jenelle admits that ‘the fight it was BOTH of our faults!’ Should Jenelle really be tweeting about this?

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans should really learn to keep certain thoughts to herself. In her most recent Twitter rampage, Jenelle confesses that she partially caused the fight video where she allegedly attacked her former friend Britany Truett on March 22.

“Answer me this… If she supposedly got ” beat up” and “didn’t want to fight” why did she come out of her house instead of staying inside?!” Jenelle openly tweeted on Sept. 10. “And why was SHE the one to invite me over to fight and told me her address. Also why didn’t brittanys baby daddy call the cops?! No one did”

On Sept. 9, Jenelle and Britany appeared in Brunsick County, N.C. District Court and were both found guilty of simple affray — fighting in a public place — along with Brittany Maggard, who allegedly pushed Jenelle into the fight in the first place.

All three girls were sentenced to 12 months of probation. “[Jenelle has] been portrayed as this crazy aggressor and Truett as this poor victim and the judge was able to see past that,” her attorney Dustin Sullivan told HollyBaby.com of the trial. “It wasn’t her versus this poor victim. It was poor choices made on everyone’s part.”

We get that Jenelle’s happy with the outcome of the trial as she isn’t going to jail (unless she messes up on her probation), but should she really be opening up about the case so much on Twitter? HollyMoms, share your thoughts with us!

Jenelle won’t be heading to jail, but she still has to serve a sentence for her video fight case!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans, 19, was found guilty of simple affray — fighting in a public place — in her video fist fight case where she was accused of attacking her former friend Britany Truett on March 22. “It was a trial,” Jenelle’s attorney Dustin Sullivan tells HollyBaby.com exclusively of the Sept. 9 trial outcome. “All three girls [Jenelle, Britany and Brittany Maggard] were found guilty of simple affray.”

Fortunately, Jenelle’s charge didn’t hold. “Jenelle’s simple assault was dismissed,” shares Dustin. “She was pretty happy with the outcome.”

And though Jenelle has been found guilty, she won’t be getting any jail time. “All three girls got the same sentence: 12 months of supervised probation, 24 hrs of community service, and anger management,” says Dustin.

“[Jenelle has] been portrayed as this crazy aggressor and Truett as this poor victim and the judge was able to see past that,” explains Dustin. “Although she was found guilty, Jenelle is able to be successful on probation. She does have a pending violation, but she has tested negative her past few tests. [And] Kieffer [her troubled, ex-boyfriend] is no longer in the picture.”

“She has no problem with community service,” adds Dustin. “Anger management is something she can do. She was happy that the truth came out. It wasn’t her versus this poor victim. It was poor choices made on everyone’s part.”

Jenelle’s attorney Dustin Sullivan tells HollyBaby.com that he will ask the judge for a continuance in Jenelle’s fight video case as she’s away focusing on her recovery!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is expected to appear in court on May 24 pending charges of assault and affray for her fight video case  – where she was filmed beating up her former friend Britany Truett. But Jenelle’s attorney Dustin Sullivan tells HollyBaby.com exclusively that Jenelle will not be in court as she’s away at rehab.

“Tomorrow’s court date will most likely be continued,” Dustin confirms to HollyBaby.com. “Jenelle’s in inpatient treatment, so she is not scheduled to be back in North Carolina by tomorrow.”

“We’re going to be asking the judge to continue the case,” says Dustin. “If someone is in rehab, they will go ahead and continue it as long as we’ve got proof.”

In fact, Dustin does not expect Jenelle to return home to Oak Island for over a month.

Jenelle’s the one who voluntarily decided to go away. “The inpatient treatment was all Jenelle’s decission to go,” adds Dustin. “We did research together on some possiblilites.”

“It was all her doing,” continues Dustin. “She’s getting help and she knows that she needs it. It wasn’t offered as part of her probation here. So she’s going out on her own. It was a grownup decision.”

Dustin also denies that Jenelle is in rehab for alcohol abuse related issues. “There’s a wide range of therapy addressing serveral issues, but not alcohol abuse,” he explains. “They are touching in on some of the emtional issues she’s had to deal with, not just with the legal part but over the past three years.”

Going away was the best choice for Jenelle as she’s doing really well with her recovery. “She’s progressing ,which is a good thing,” Dustin notes. “She seems to be happy with her decision to enter into treatment.”

The District Attorney’s office did not offer Jenelle a plea deal, so she may have to battle it out in court!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans‘ is involved in another criminal case in court — but it won’t be resolved all that soon. The 19-year-old reality star’s attorney Dustin Sullivan tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that the case involving Jenelle’s video beat-down of former friend Britany Truett will go to trial!
“There’s no plea that’s been offered to us from the District Attorney’s office,” Dustin tells us. “So as of right now, we are taking it to trial. The next hearing is scheduled for May 24.”

Jenelle was arrested on March 27 — the Brunswick County District Attorney’s office says, Jenelle, 19, and the two other girls involved, Britany, 19, and Brittany Maggard, 18, have all been charged with misdemeanor simple affray —  causing a public disturbance — on the March 22 brawl in Sunset Harbor. Britany also filed her own complaint against Jenelle and Brittany, accusing them of assault.

On April 25, Brittany M. didn’t have an attorney. During the April 26 hearing, “she indicated that she was going to hire her own,” Dustin says. “She is also on supervised probation.”

“The judge didn’t say anything about Britany T. being on probation,” adds Dustin.

If this case does make it to trial and Jenelle is found guilty, she is not looking at jail time. “She would not go to jail,” says Dustin. “It just goes on her record.”

“Jenelle would probably recieve probation similar to what she has now [for her drug parahaenlia possession charge],” explains Dustin. The judge could also order that Jenelle attend anger management classes.

“The judge will decide what the probation period would be,” says Dustin.

Jenelle will also have to start paying her own attorney fees from here on out. “She applied for court appointed counsel — and the judge denied it,” says Dustin. “She didn’t qualify for court appointed counsel.”

So, “I’m going to withdrawl as her court appointed attorney on April 29,” adds Dustin. “I’ll represent her as her retained attorney instead of court appointed.”

“I have already confirmed with the district attorney that it is going to be continued,” Dustin tells us.”It’s going to be continued because it’s a first appearance hearing — to make sure everyone has an attorney.”

“If Brittany M. applies for a court-appointed attorney, she has to list her income,” explains Dustin. “If she is able to get one, she will get one tomorrow. [But] if she has enough money, she will sign a waiver that she can afford her own attorney.”

On April 14, Jenelle pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia possession and was sentenced to a year’s probation. But says Dustin: “this hearing won’t effect her probation because it’s a prior pending charge.”

This means Jenelle now has two fights caught on camera — and this new one may show up on ‘Teen Mom 2′!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans‘ on-camera attack on Britany Truett wasn’t the first time Jenelle brawled with a friend. About a week before her March 22 battle with Britany, Jenelle actually raised her fists against her roommate Tori – and MTV filmed the whole fight, her other roommate Tyler tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively!

“Tori and Jenelle got into a fight,” Tyler tells us. “MTV was there.”

“When I tried to break it up, Jenelle’s boyfriend [Kieffer Delp] sucker-punched me,” Tyler continues. “They had cameras in my face.”

Tyler says “I didn’t hit him back because I am going to press charges” — if the segment ever airs.

Security guards were on the set in the house in Oak Island, N.C., Tyler told us, but they let the fight go on for a few minutes to catch it on film before stepping in to break it up.

Once the fight was over, Tori and Tyler insisted that Jenelle, Kieffer and the MTV crew leave the house. “I told them to get off my property,” says Tyler. “A lot of people don’t want those cameras in their faces.”

This is the second time MTV has recorded Teen Mom violence. During the first season, viewers saw Amber Portwood sock her baby daddy Gary Shirley right in the face.

Jenelle may have beat Britany’s butt in the video beating, but Britany’s attorney tells HollywoodLife.com she has no plans to sue the ‘Teen Mom 2′ star!

Britany Truett, the girl who Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans smacked around on March 22 in Sunset Harbor, N.C., has enlisted criminal defense attorney Adrian Iapalucci to help her battle her court case on April 26. And Britany is not planning on taking civil action against Jenelle at this time, her new attorney tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively!

“I am representing her,” Adrian tells us. “She has charges of simple affray [causing a public disturbance] that stemmed from the video.”

Adrian adds: “Right now we have an April 26 court date defending her on this simple affray charge. That’s about it.”

Was it just a coincidence that Jenelle’s vicious attack on Britany was caught on tape? Looks like the whole incident might have been set up!

It was staged! That’s what Ashleigh Evans Wilson, sister of Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans, says about Jenelle’s attack on Britany Truett!

“I doesn’t get to me anymore its just stupid the whole fight was staged,” Ashleigh wrote on her Facebook wall on March 29. “And the girl who made the videio is a peice of crap…”

“Jennlle might make mistakes but shes young,” Ashleigh continued. “The biggest mistake my mom said to me was moving to North Carolina b/c people there are so messed up….”

Since the video hit the web, Jenelle, 19, Britany, 19, and Brittany Maggard, 18 — who can be seen on the video instigating the fight — have all been arrested and charged with brawling in public.

Britany, who got beat up, initially didn’t want to press charges. But since her arrest, she has accused Jenelle and Brittany of assault.

Now all three girls must appear in court on April 26.

But the question remains — who was behind camera in the first place?
