19-year-old Victoria Justice looks super chic on the cover and inside the February 2013 issue of Annex. On the cover, she sported a stylish Iimuahii by Elena Slivnyak dress, along with a vintage headpiece. Her bright pink lip looked great with the rest of her lovely appearance!

To go along with her vintage-y style, she donned a House of Devalli dress that went down to her ankles. The tight-fitting piece accentuates her perfect hourglass figure. Her long, leather gloves and gold neckpieces were the perfect accessories. The orange Brian Lichtenberg ‘Homies’ visor was a bright pop of color and gave a casual touch.

Brian Lichtenberg seems to be getting a lot of recognition lately! In another shot of Victoria, she is rockin’ a ‘Homies’ cropped top paired with faded ripped jeans to give her a street chic look. She even manages to look adorable in completely destroyed pants!

A totally fun ensemble of hers that we loved was the Ellery tank paired with the starry Pitusa leggings and Greyant shades. She couldn’t have looked better in the entire getup, and she has the perfect tummy to show off in that top! Her tiny gloves an white and pink pumps matched perfectly. What a flirty look!

Those weren’t her only printed pants! She also showed off patterned pants by Wish. She paired the pants with a Joyrich flowery numbered jersey– so many floral prints in one ensemble! She looked so great though. The slicked back, high bun in almost all of her getups looked great, and it gave her more of a mature look.
