Kimberly Friedmutter RULES Las Vegas, literally! The blonde bombshell and her architect husband Brad Friedmutter are the new stars of TLC’s Sin City Rules, and they’re taking HollywoodLife.com behind the scenes and showing us how they live. We’ve got to tell you — this couple is balling out of control!

Kimberly, who hails from Texas, welcomed our cameras aboard her private yacht, quaintly named “Kimberly,” and stunned us with how charming, real, and completely down-to-earth she was.

“These are just things, this yacht and all,” she says in her sweet native Texan-accented voice. “It means nothing unless it’s shared and enjoyed with all y’all, the people who are here with us. We love entertaining so please, come in and do whatever you want.”

After sipping Dom Perignon champagne and looking at draw-dropping views aboard Kimberly and Brad’s yacht, the couple then flew our cameras on their “his and her” jets to Sin City itself, where we arrived at their home, which has its own name: Shangri Las Vegas.

“It’s really an oasis in the desert,” Kimberly says, as she describes the mega-mansion where she and Brad reside 60-percent of the year. “We really just wanted to make every room a place that’s calm and welcoming and unique. You can escape anywhere and be any place in the world in this home.”

Kimberly is a famed and renowned celebrity hypnotist and established interior design expert. While she’s sweet to the bone, she assures us she can handle her own against the divas of Sin City.

“These girls are fun and there’s a lot of drama going on and I’m the new girl so it’ll be interesting but with my expertise in hypnosis and my ability to read through people, I’ll be able to tell the difference between the real and the fake.”
