We know Farrah can be selfish, especially when it comes to her parents, but seriously! She won’t stop talking about how ‘wonderful’ her breast implants are!

I don’t know about you, But I’m sick and tired of listening to Farrah Abraham whine and complain about her life on Teen Mom. Not to mention she’s so rude to her parents! And now that she has a new set of boobs, her selfish attitude has escalated from a 10 to a 20. 

“My implants are doing wonderful,” she recently Tweeted to her doctor (@bestbreastdoc) and all her Twitter followers. “I get compliments Literally All the time. you did a wonderful job!”

Farrah went from an A-cup to a C-cup last year, saying that her pregnancy with Sophia, now 2, reduced her self esteem and caused her body to sag. Yeah, her 18-year-old body.

English mom Sarah Burge, known as the Human Barbie after she made headlines last year for teaching her then six-year-old daughter Poppy how to pole dance, boasted that she gave Poppy a $9,800 voucher to receive a boob-enlargement procedure for her seventh birthday. And Sarah, 50, who has spent over $800,000 on her own surgical enhancements, said Poppy, “squealed with delight” at the gift. WHAT!?

“Poppy begged me for a boob job, so I gave her the voucher so she can have it after she’s 16, when it’s legal,” Sarah explains to Closer magazine. “If she develops naturally big boobs, she can have something else done with it.” Prepping your daughter for surgery at age seven? Perfectly normal…NOT!

And the voucher wasn’t the only thing Poppy received at her lavish, over-the-top rirthday party, which included limos, fake tattoos, pretend champagne and mani/pedis. Sarah also bought her daughter thousands of dollars worth of gifts, including a $400 computer, a £730 pink Swarovski crystal ring and necklace set and the promise of a $6,500 spa break.

“I wanted a new computer, a holiday and a voucher for surgery. When I got it all, it was a dream come true. All my friends were jealous,” Poppy explains. “I can’t wait to be like Mummy with big boobs. They’re pretty.”

Although Heidi Montag virtually changed her entire face and body in the span of 24 hours, the 23-year-old reality star is now claiming that she isn’t addicted to going under the knife.

“None of those people [who would say I have an addiction to surgery] know me at all. I’m not addicted,” Heidi said on Good Morning America today, Jan. 19. “If I were addicted,” she continued, “I would have had ten plastic surgeries.”

Um…Heidi? Didn’t you do just that with your mini brow-lift, Botox, nose job revision, fat injections, liposuction, breast augmentation revision and butt augmentation?

“I mean ten times,” she corrected herself, explaining to GMA’s JuJu Chang, “I really had two different surgeries. One three years ago and several at once [recently]. If you’re addicted to something you have to do it all the time, not once every couple of years,” she clarified.

Although The Hills star finds nothing wrong with going under the knife repeatedly, she – again – screws up by saying the reason behind her elaborate facial and body corrections was that she was teased mercilessly as a child.

And now she wants to resemble…Barbie. “I hope I get my own Barbie one day,” she smiled, before saying that she doesn’t really think she looks like Barbie at all. “I think I do look like myself, just like a different, improved version of my self. I’m living in my skin, and I look in the mirror and it’s my career and my life, and you only have one. So I want to take advantage and be the best me, in and out, every way.”
