The remains have not been identified, but cops are convinced it’s the BreeAnn. A neighbor has been arrested and charged with murder after confessing he killed her!

BreeAnn Rodriguez disappeared on August 6 while riding her bike outside her parents’ Senath, Missouri home. How sad the search for BreeAnn has ended in tragedy.The toddler’s parents were initially suspected of being involved in her disappearance, after they both failed police polygraph tests. But police quickly turned their attention to neighbor Shawn Morgan, who has since confessed to her murder.

In a signed affadavit the 43-year-old told police he saw Rodriguez by his swimming pool on August 6, suffocated her with a plastic bag and discarded her body in threw her body off a highway bridge.

His confession led police to BreeAnn’s body.

Morgan has been charged with murder, armed criminal action and tampering with physical evidence in the case.

Dunklin County Sheriff Bob Holder confirms, “We are saddened to confirm our fears but glad we were able to recover her for her parents.”

The search for missing Celina Cass has ended in heartbreak. Authorities have confirmed that the remains discovered by a dive team on Aug. 1 at the bottom of a river less than a half a mile away from Celina’s home were indeed those of the missing 11-year-old. “We have brought Celina home, obviously not the way we wanted to bring her home,” Senior Attorney General Jane Young stated. So sad.

Celina’s disappearance from her home in Stewartstown, New Hampshire shocked friends and family. She was last seen on the evening of Monday, July 25, playing on her computer at 9pm. When her parents went to wake her the next day, she was gone. She was initially treated as a missing person, but classmates insist she was too shy ever to contemplate running away.

“We have made no determination on where her body was eventually put in the river,” Attorney General Young added.

Young declined to say whether there were any suspects in the girl’s death. An autopsy was scheduled for today, Aug. 2, to determine the cause and manner of her death.

Shortly before the body was discovered on Monday (Aug 1) Celina’s stepdad Wendell Noyes took a ‘funny turn’ in front of the family home after talking to reporters and began rolling around face down on the driveway. He was hospitalized and it was later revealed he had been diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2003 after breaking into the home of an ex-girlfriend and threatening her. He was arrested and charged, but found incompetent to stand trial.

Is he a suspect? We will find out more details in the coming days.

The blue-eyed, blond-haired youngester, who appears to be between the ages of four and six, was discovered fully-clothed by the pedestrian, who first noticed a blanket at the end of a driveway outside South Bertwick, Maine. Truly devastating.

The boy weighs 45 pounds and is three feet, eight inches tall. Authorities have released a computer-generated photo and are in contact with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

According to the Daily Mail, Maine State Police are treating this case as suspicious, as there was no missing persons report filed for a young boy.  Authorities have not released a cause of death nor disclosed information about how long the body was on the side of the road for.

Police are trying to track down the driver of a navy blue Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, which may be related to the case.

“It’s the next step in the investigation,” Sgt. Chris Harriman states. “We can’t move past that until he’s identified.”

It’s no secret that young Hollywood is under a lot of pressure to stay thin and have the perfect body, but it’s rare that we see stars admitting this. Vanessa Hudgens spoke to us at the Sucker Punch premiere last night and opened up about what it takes to succeed in Hollywood.

When discussing who had the best body in Hollywood, Vanessa said “I think there are so many [girls who do].” Then she frankly confessed, “I think you need to have an amazing body to be in Hollywood.”

Vanessa touches on a sensitive subject in Tinseltown — the pressure to look great as a job. The truth is, while some might be naturally thin, most actresses work hard to look the way they do. It’s not an easy task, but it’s something that directly affects their casting.

Amanda Seyfried, who has been working with Harley Pasternak for years, is another actress who has talked about this. She’s said, “I’m in my mid-20s and I know how to look after my body on my own. I’m not going to deny that I don’t think about it every day, it’s always on my mind. I clearly like being fit, but it’s not thin without a hell of a lot of work – I run and I exercise a lot and then I eat [...] If I didn’t run and work out, there’s no way I would be this thin. But I have to stay in shape because I’m an actress. It’s f**ked up and it’s twisted, but I wouldn’t get the roles otherwise. If I’d been a bit bigger, I don’t think they would have cast me for Mamma Mia!”

Jessica Alba was stressed out about her body in comparison to other actresses after giving birth to Honor. “My breasts are saggy, I’ve got cellulite, my hips are bigger… every actress out there is more beautiful than me,” she complained.

Miley Cyrus spoke out when people called her fat tweeting, “I have my flaws. I’m a normal girl there’s things about my body I would change … if your thighs don’t jiggle go see a doctor … I believe in exercise and treating your body like a temple.”

Her peers like Ashley Tisdale, Ashley Greene, AnnaLynne McCord, Jessica Biel, and Lauren Conrad also work out constantly to stay in shape for their careers.

Vanessa Says Shooting Guns Gives Her ‘The Most Exhilarating Feeling’ She’s Ever Had!

The Fighter star has been learning to lighten up on herself since giving birth to daughter Aviana Le Gallo in May.

Every pregnant woman worries about whether or not they’re going to be a good mother. Amy Adams was no exception. But since giving birth to her daughter, Aviana, with fiance Darren Le Gallo in May, she realized that there’s no such thing as the perfect parent. “I’m trying to be more present in each moment of my life. She’s taught me that,” the 36-year-old tells Parade magazine.

And she’s also learned to stop beating herself up over every little thing. “The best advice I’ve gotten as a parent is, ‘You’re not gonna be perfect,’” shares Amy during the interview while promoting her latest film The Fighter. “Take today — she’s teething and I want to be in there with her. But I also want to do a good job here for everybody who worked on the film.”

Amy wouldn’t be able to balance her career and caring for the 7-month-old if it wasn’t for all the help her fiance provides. Not only is he “a great swaddler” according to Amy but also shares middle-of-the-night feedings and diaper duty and he kept her comfortable during her natural, drug-free delivery. “He was really calm,” she says. She definitely hit the jackpot when it comes to hands-on helpers! “Now we understand the importance of teamwork,” Amy tells the magazine.

Since giving birth the redhead has a newfound respect for her body. “Being pregnant finally helped me understand what my true relationship was with my body — meaning that it wasn’t put on this earth to look good in a swimsuit,” Amy reveals. “I was like, ‘Look, I can carry a baby! I’m gaining weight right, everything’s going well.’ And I’ve had that relationship ever since.”

And while she already looks amazing, the star swears she’s in no rush to regain her pre-baby body. “I’ve been working out when I can, and I’m trying to eat in a healthful way, but losing weight is not my number-one priority. It’s part of my job to return to some semblance of what I was before. But I don’t feel I’ve ever made my career on my rockin’ bod.”

We’re gluttons for excitement, and it keeps us fit!”

Kristen, who’s engaged to comedian Dax Shepard,  DOES like to keep herself active. “I’m like a jackrabbit throughout the day and like to keep moving whenever I can. And this is better than just sitting on the couch for an hour, right?”

She added, “I like to stay fit and challenge myself but I’m not going to try to be a certain size, or weigh a specific amount. I don’t own a scale. My goal is to feel good and look healthy.”

Wall and Water Mushroom Salad
This salad, served in the Andaz Hotel’s restaurant in NYC, is a light and delicious way to feed your hunger cravings! This recipe is for six 5 oz, portions.

Ingredients:
3 pounds of fresh seasonal mushrooms, cleaned
2 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
3 oz extra virgin olive oil plus 2 oz to finish the salad
Kosher salt to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
.5 pound organic arugula
2 Tbsp. roasted garlic
.25 cup picholini olives, pitted
6-8 thin slices (in rings) red onion
1 lemon, juiced
.5 cup roasted hazelnuts

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

2. Clean mushrooms with a brush to be sure to get all of the dirt from the surface and gills, and place into a large mixing bowl.

3. Sprinkle with the chopped thyme and drizzle with 3 ounces of extra virgin olive oil. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss well until the mushrooms have absorbed all of the oil.

4. Place the mushrooms on a large sheet pan and roast for 12 minutes to allow moisture to evaporate. Let mushrooms cool to room temperature.

5. Once cool, place into a large mixing bowl.  Add roasted garlic, red onion slices, picholini olives, the juice of one lemon, and 2 ounces of extra virgin olive oil.Mix well to blend.

6. To finish the salad, gently fold in the arugula and season with kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper. Top with roasted hazelnuts and serve.

Yellowtail Jalapeno
This Yellowtail Jalapeno recipe from swanky NYC Japanese eatery Tanuki Tavern is so simple! There’s no excuse not to reach for this instead of fried shrimp on a warm day. This recipe is for one 4 0z. serving.

Ingredients:
4 oz. fresh Hamachi, also called Yellowtail fish
1 Jalapeno pepper
1 Japanese mountain potato
2 Tbs. Spicy ponzu sauce (or substitute with 1 cup lemon juice, 1tbs rice vinegar, 4/3 cup soy, 1 Tbs. sriracha)
1/4 cup Micro green mix for the garnish

Directions:
1. Slice Hamachi into six pieces, about 1 and ¼ inch long x 1 inch wide

2. Place Hamachi in circle around the plate, spacing the slices evenly.

3. Slice the jalepeno into six thin rings

4. Slice the Japanese mountain potato into six things rings

3. Place 1 slice of jalapeno and 1 slice of crispy mountain potato on each Hamachi slice.

4. Lightly drizzle the spicy ponzu sauce over Hamachi and micro mix green for the garnish.
