Miley Cyrus’ father is unsure if she’ll marry Liam Hemsworth. While Miley, 20, has allegedly worked things out with Liam, 23, Billy Ray Cyrus recently admitted that he doesn’t know if the wedding will happen anymore.

Billy Ray Cyrus Unsure Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth Will Get Married

“I don’t know. I know as I was writing a book, I wanted to keep that particular moment [Miley’s wedding] as open-ended as possible. I didn’t know the answer,” Billy said on an interview on ABC News on April 15. (Wow. It must hard for Miley to hear that not even her own dad is rooting for her.)

Billy Ray, who is promoting his book, Hillbilly Heart, says, ’They’re young, they’re kids, the great news is they’re great friends, they’re really good friends. I play it by ear, I know whatever’s meant to be that’s the way it’s going to happen.”

It seems that Billy Ray isn’t the only one confused about the status of Miley and Liam’s relationship.

Liam Hemsworth’s Family Is Skeptical About A Wedding Too

Liam’s sister-in-law Elsa Pataky, who is married to his brother Chris Hemsworth, 29, recently revealed that she’s not sure if Miley and Liam’s wedding is still on.

She said, “I don’t know. If they get married it would be nice to go.”

The wedding is reportedly off for Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth but sources reveal exclusively to HollywoodLife.com that Miley’s parents are desperate for her to walk down the aisle with the Hunger Games star.

A source close to the Cyrus clan tells HollywodLife.com that Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus are pushing hard for Miley and Liam to make it work and the reasons might shock you!

Tish & Billy Ray Cyrus Worries About Miley Cyrus’ Image

“Miley’s parents do not want to see this split happen, they’re really worried about Miley. They hate the idea of Miley being single, especially now that she’s going through such a wild stage. They know Liam’s a good influence on her, he’s very stable and unlike some guys she’s been with they know he’s not using her for money or fame.

“Liam’s no angel, he likes to drink and have fun, but mostly he’s very focused on his career. He’s extremely disciplined and they think he’s a good influence on Miley. Without him around to keep her on track who knows how wild she could get, it’s a huge worry for them and if she’s single they know it will only get worse.”

The Cyrus’ Faith Has Them Concerned

But Miley’s out of control behavior isn’t the only reason that Tish and Billy Ray want the couple to go through with their wedding plans – our source says their Christian faith is another big factor.

“When Miley moved in with Liam before getting married, it was a huge deal. It caused a lot of tension between Billy Ray and Tish because he felt like she was encouraging Miley to go against their faith. Billy Ray got over the fact that they were living in sin when they got engaged — that was a big relief for him. If the wedding doesn’t happen he’s going to take it very hard. They have their own issues in their marriage so the last thing they need is another fight over Miley.”

Miley & Liam Hemsworth’s Relationship: Done?

While Miley’s team is denying a split, the pair partied without each other on Oscars weekend, Liam reportedly was flirting and even kissing actress January Jones and then he left on a solo vacation to Australia. Meanwhile, HollywoodLife.com learned exclusively that the pair canceled a joint vacation, so the situation is not looking good.

Liam Hemsworth has traditional values. He had a number of conversations with Billy Ray Cyrus before popping the question to Miley Cyrus! The “Achy Breaky Heart” singer thinks Liam is “great” for doing that.

“Liam [Hemsworth]‘s a great guy. I like Liam a lot. The main thing for me is that both of them are happy. Miley’s worked really hard, and I’m enjoying right now seeing her so happy. She and I always had a mantra, and the mantra was: if you ain’t happy, it ain’t working. As long as [Miley's] happy right now, life is good!” Billy Ray tells ET Canada.

And don’t think Liam asked Miley to marry him without getting permission from Billy Ray. “We talked about it a couple of times,” Billy Ray added.

It’s so cute that Liam went the traditional route and asked for permission before proposing — he’s such a gentleman!

Billy Ray Cyrus snapped a photo of what looked like a scene out of a horror film — his son Braison Cyrus, Miley Cyrus‘ younger brother, sat in a hospital room, covered in wires and spatters of his own blood. While being treated at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California on July 14, Billy Ray took the opportunity to Tweet the photo to his followers.

Meanwhile, Braison also spoke to his fans via Twitter. “Today was actually the most horrific day of my life. Honestly, I can’t sleep because I am scared,” Braison he wrote.

It turns out the 18-year-old was experiencing complications from a recent tonsil removal surgery, according to the Huffington Post.

“Not sure what happened exactly but long story short my artery opened and I was bleed[ing] a lot.” he explained on Twitter.

Billy Ray made sure to Tweet the photo a day later, after everything was OK.

“This was yesterday. Everything is O K now and he is home…but [Braison] was bleeding badly!” he wrote along with the gruesome pic.

We’re happy he’s doing better!

Miley Cyrus is calling out for attention and even for love, psychologists are telling us at Hollywoodlife.com. Twice in the past week she has gone out in public in super sexy clothing and paparazzi cameras have caught her first, flashing her private parts and then, on a second occasion,  revealing a huge stretch of side boob.

On April 6, your daughter Miley, went out to a pilates class in LA in a micro minidress without underwear and proceeded to get into a car – a delicate proceeding in a short skirt, at any time – and a photographer captured a photo of her bare under area.

Then on April 7, Miley went shopping with you Tish, in a loose-fitting tank top with large, loose arm holes and no bra. Not surprisingly, photographers took photos which revealed a full view of her side boob.

Now Billy Ray and Tish – this is NOT normal behavior for any 19-year-old girl especially a famous 19 year old, who knows that the eyes of the public are on her when she is in… public.

I’m a mom of two daughters myself and I know that they would be mortified if the world saw their breasts or private parts exposed.

But Miley made a conscious decision to go out in outfits that allowed her to flash the world.

Now if you don’t believe that Miley is desperately calling out for attention, listen to the experts that Hollywoodlife.com consulted. “She needs attention. This kind of behavior indicates that there is definitely something wrong,” says relationship expert Dr. Gilda Carle, Today.com’s 30 Second Therapist.

Psychologist Jeff Gardere compares Miley’s no-undies outing to being like “someone getting drunk in public” and he calls it “self destructive behavior.” “Miley is a young woman dealing with a lot of personal issues,” the chief contributor to HealthGuru.com added.

Psychiatrist Dr. Carole Lieberman thinks Miley could be upset because she doesn’t think she is getting enough attention from Liam, “who has been busy promoting Hunger Games.”

Maybe that’s true. Maybe Miley is feeling insecure because her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth could be becoming a bigger movie star than she is with the success of Hunger Games, and that is upsetting the balance in their relationship.

Maybe she’s insecure because her upcoming film, LOL, will not have the same blockbuster success and she is uncertain about which step to take next in her career.

Maybe she’s also feeling insecure about her family, Tish and Billy Ray. You separated last year and it was a very upsetting time for Miley. How are you getting along now?

In any case – you are her parents, and as such as are still responsible for her well-being, even if she is 19. She is still a very young person who needs your love, support and guidance and not just on her personal life but for her career too.

When Miley flashes her crotch and her breasts, she is hurting her brand. She still has young fans and their parents are not going to be amused. They may not be so amused to the degree that they will not let them go to her movies or buy her albums.

Tish and Billy Ray – it’s time to sit down with your daughter and find out what is bothering her. Why is she flashing?

It’s also time to get her some professional help – this is not healthy behavior.

Yes Miley is a rich star. But she’s still a little girl who needs her parents especially when she appears to be heading off the rails. And don’t say, that she won’t listen and you can’t make her do anything she doesn’t want to do.  If she loves you and has a strong relationship with you, and I believe she does, then she will welcome your attention and advice even if she is of legal age.

Step up and do your job now and help your daughter!
