Taylor Swift Sends Message With ‘Haters Gonna Hate’ Shirt

Taylor Swift owned the 2013 Billboard Music Awards on May 19 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, where the 23-year-old songstress took home eight awards. The star was cool and confident at the show, where she sent a very strong message to all of the haters who were trying to bring her down, sporting a shirt that sent a very powerful saying.

Taylor Swift Unicorn Tee:

During her “22″ performance, the star swapped her sexy Zuhair Murad mini for a more comfortable get-up, donning a pair of high-waisted sailor shorts and a t-shirt with a unicorn on it. While her tee seemed so playful it was actually quite bold — it read, ‘Haters Gonna Hate.’ If Taylor’s haters were, in fact, hating the singer could care less!

Selena Gomez dressed to impress at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 19, where she showed off three seriously sexy looks.

Selena Gomez Billboard Music Awards 2013 Dress:

When she first hit the blue carpet the star donned a white hot Versace couture gown from the Spring 2013 collection. The sheer panels allowed her to show some cleavage while the neon piping added a flirty element to the ensemble. The 20-year-old star looked so sexy! A thigh-high slit added to the showy vibe of the ensemble.

Selena Gomez Billboard Awards ‘Come & Get It’ Performance Dress:

The next time Selena stepped out it was on stage, where she performed her latest hit “Come & Get It.” Selena stuck to the theme of the video and looked sexy in a gold bustier and flowing skirt that allowed her to put her legs on full display. The hardware on the bustier really stood out against Selena’s complexion. Although when she hit the blue carpet her hair was pulled back in a ponytail, Selena let her hair hang straight around her face to finish off the sexy performance look.

Selena Gomez Billboard Awards Dress:

Selena’s final frock of the night was a plunging black gown with sheer panels. The long-sleeved dress was sexy and sophisticated — I think this frock was my fave of the night! Although the star looked seriously sexy in the ensemble she did narrowly avoid a wardrobe malfunction in this look.

The star showed off way more than she bargained for her in plunging dress at the show. Oh no!

While Selena Gomez managed to rock the blue carpet in a Versace couture gown complete with strategic sheer detailing, unfortunately the same can’t be said for her third look of the night, a plunging black dress. While the 20-year-old looked sexy and sophisticated in the ensemble from the wrong angle the dress revealed her chest — oh no! We’re sure the star didn’t expect her look to be this revealing.

Selena Gomez Wardrobe Malfunction Billboard Awards:

Selena was sitting next to her BFF Taylor Swift at the 2013 Billboard Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 19 when we caught a glimpse of tape concealing her chest in her plunging dress. Given the deep v of the neckline it’s clear Selena wasn’t able to wear a bra under the frock, although that didn’t stop her from covering up with a pastie. Thank goodness Selena opted for proper coverage — if not, she could have wound up really revealing way more! Seeing a bit of tape is way better than suffering a nip slip — we’re so happy she narrowly avoided that!

We’re so proud of Selena, she’s such a pro when it comes to properly getting dressed. Even when she is wearing something extra sexy she still manages to cover up the right way — and it certainly pays off in times like these! The star really knows how to properly cover up and managed to avoid a much more embarrassing experience.

The star looked so sexy rocking this very leggy look on the blue carpet — did you love her get-up?

Taylor Swift stunned in a vibrant blue frock on the blue carpet at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 19, where the 23-year-old opted for a very leggy ensemble. Her long-sleeved, Zuhair Murad dress featured sheer panels and fit her frame like a glove. The short, tight dress screamed Las Vegas — it was perfect for the sexy show!

Taylor Swift Billboard Awards Dress:

The severely short hemline allowed the star to flaunt her endless legs while a pair of strappy metallic pumps elongated her frame. Taylor sported her bangs but pulled the rest of her hair back into a ponytail which allowed the sheer inserts to really stand out. The sexy detailing would have been lost behind her blonde locks had she worn her hair down. A dramatic cat eye and a bright pink lip added a playful pop of color to her dress — she looked so pretty!

For her performance, Taylor swapped her sexy frock for a pair of high-waisted shorts and a Junk Food tee with a unicorn on it that sent a strong message — ‘Haters Gonna Hate.’ Even if her haters weren’t on her side they couldn’t knock her — in fact, she took home the most awards of the night! She definitely swapped her sexy vibe for one that was more playful.

Taylor’s style has definitely been way more sexy in 2013, and this look was no exception. Taylor might fall back on full skirts, frills and ruffles, but she proves she looks just as confident and cool when she’s wearing a dress that hugs her curves. Do you agree?

Neon coloring around the dress added a fun, playful vibe to the look that was very appropriate for the occasion.

While Selena stepped out in something sexy, Miley Cyrus went for a more demure look in a sequin Balmain jumpsuit. The 20-year-old looked so sexy in the sleek ensemble and pulled it off flawlessly. Miley Cyrus showed off a sleek and sophisticated ensemble on the blue carpet at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 19 in Las Vegas, where the 20-year-old opted for a sequin Balmain jumpsuit. Trying to rock a jumpsuit on the red carpet is hard enough even without a pattern, however, Miley manages to pull off the look so easily!

Miley Cyrus Billboard Awards Outfit:

The sequin ensemble also featured cutout detailing on the back, adding to the sexy vibe of the look. A pair of Givenchy peep-toe shoes finished off her get-up while she sported a red pout that really tied the whole look together. While Miley’s toes boasted a red pedicure, her nails were gold. The gold color matched her bracelet and ring perfectly and really picked up on the shimmering detail of the jumpsuit. Kohl-rimmed eyes and dramatic lashes offset Miley’s blue eyes.

While walking the blue carpet Miley announced her new single, “We Can’t Stop,” is scheduled to premiere on June 3 on Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show.

Although the 20-year-old loves to show some skin in a slew of edgy looks, lately the star is dressing much more sophisticated and sleek — and this jumpsuit is no exception! Miley definitely loves the trend. In fact, just this week she attended the Maxim Hot 100 party where the star, (who’s at the top of the 2013 list), donned a black and white Valentino jumpsuit.

Selena Gomez was one of the first to arrive on the red carpet at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 19 in Las Vegas, where the 20-year-old flaunted her figure in a seriously showy look. Her white hot, Versace Couture gown featured a thigh-high slit while a sheer panel created the illusion of a sexy cutout and it allowed the star to reveal a hint of cleavage. Neon piping around the trim of the sleeveless silhouette added a fun factor to the get-up. Her Spring 2013 ensemble was sexy but also youthful thanks to the vibrant, colorful detailing.

The brunette beauty wore her hair back in a ponytail to keep the focus on the sexy gown and the sheer detailing. A pink lip and dramatic eye makeup finished off the glam ensemble. Selena sported a smoky cat eye and her kohl-rimmed eyes were enhanced, thanks to her extra luscious long lashes.

Although Selena walked the red carpet solo, it’s rumored that the songstress will sit next to her on-again, off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber. The singer is set to perform her new single, “Come & Get It,” at the big show. She’s also introducing her BFF Taylor Swift!

While Selena rocked a seriously sexy dress, this wasn’t the first time she showed some skin on the Billboard Awards red carpet. In fact, when she turned up at the show back in 2011 she rocked Dolce & Gabbana — and she even added the cutouts to the dress herself!
