Every girl’s childhood dream is about to come true for these two pop princesses!

Mattel is creating Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry Barbie dolls — and they look exactly like the superstars do in real life!

According to TMZ, Nicki’s doll will include “every signature detail, right down to the tattoo on Nicki’s left arm.”

But sorry, HollyMoms: you probably won’t be able to add these two to your daughter’s doll collection anytime soon! Mattel is currently only making ONE single doll of each singer.

The one-of-a-kind Nicki Minaj Barbie will be auctioned off Dec. 7 online, and proceeds will go to the Project Angel Food organization.

Barbie’s gone edgy! Would you let your child have this tattooed doll, HollyMoms?

Barbie’s been making headlines with her new pink hair, tattoos and punk-inspired outfit — and Mattel is defending the doll against angry parents!

According to NY Daily News, Mattel noted that the doll was aimed at grownups, not kids. Sold at $50, it’s being sold online and in select retail outlets as part of the Barbie Collector section and not in kids stores.

“Barbie has been dressed by more than 70 fashion designers over the years,” Mattel said in a statement, according to the NY Daily News. “Many of Barbie’s most pop-culture couture outfits have been designed for the adult doll collector.”

The look was designed by tokidoki, a Japanese-inspired brand. And this isn’t the first time Barbie’s had tattoos! She had stick-on tattoos in 1999 and 2009, and those looks upset parents, too!

Patricia Arquette is one lucky mommy this holiday season. Even though her 7-year-old daughter, Harlow, seems to be asking for a lot of different presents this year, the one at the top of her list is to spend time with her mama! “For the holidays, Harlow’s list changes every day, and every day there’s another thing on the list,” Patricia, 42, told HollyBaby.com at Quentin Tarantino‘s Friar Roast sponsored by Samurai Love Sake in NYC on Dec 1. “She wants to come to New York with me.”

Patricia has plans to make Harlow’s wish come true, and has an action-packed schedule in mind. “I’d take her to FAO Schwarz and make a Barbie,” she tells us. “And then it goes down a little runway, and they announce it like, ‘Here’s Harlow’s Barbie’ and she’s wearing a pink shirt.”

Patricia wants to do this with Harlow before she gets too old to enjoy it. “She loves Barbie, but I think she’s about to grow out of it,” she says. “I love every phase she’s going through [though].”

When I was growing up, Barbie gained the ability to speak and she quickly came under fire for admitting that she thought “math class is tough.” Now the newest version of the iconic blonde doll has a hidden camera that can record 30 minutes of video footage. Wow, how the times have changed! (Don’t even get me started on what they did to the doll’s face! What is with those huge eyes?) While Mattel, the company that makes Barbie, may think this is just a way of keeping the doll, who celebrated her 51st birthday this year, current in the digital age, we worry that “Video Girl” Barbie will become an invasion of your kids’ privacy.

Are you a strict parent or a total pushover?

Barbie has always had the most awesome accessories, but does she really need a real working video camera in her necklace? I don’t think so. The toy’s hidden camera could make it all too easy for adults to exploit innocent children. Besides that, I fear that little girls will be unknowingly exposing themselves to internet predators by uploading their own home movies. HollyMoms, do you really want videos of your daughter in her bedroom displayed all over the world wide web? I know I don’t.

Perhaps this is a good time to talk to your kids about internet safety and privacy. But we’re curious, will Video Girl Barbie be wrapped up under your Christmas tree next month or will it be forever banned from your home?
