Gary always appears to be the victim, but after seeing this video, you might change your mind!
Gary Shirley isn’t as innocent as you thought! The reality star’s ex-girlfriend Amber Portwood, just spent 24 hours sleeping on the floor of a jail cell, for attacking Gary, 24, on MTV’s Teen Mom, but it’s clear he isn’t without fault. Just when you thought Amber, 20, was the only one to blame, TMZ leaked a video of Gary from last April, egging Amber on — and filming it!

The ‘Teen Mom’ star spent the past 24 hours in an Indiana jail, and after appearing in court, a judge ruled Amber is to have NO contact with her ex-fiancé Gary.
Things went from bad to worse for Teen Mom star Amber Portwood on Dec. 28 when a judge issued a “no-contact order” which prevents her from seeing her ex-fiancé Gary Shirley, but she is still allowed to contact her daughter Leah. Amber spent the past 24 hours in a holding cell with four other female inmates at the Madison County Jail in Anderson, Ind., stemming from battery and neglect charges — some of which aired on MTV’s reality show — and was released on a $5,000 bond this afternoon.
Amber was finally arrested on domestic felony battery charges & she’s being treated just like ‘everyone else’ while spending 24 hours in jail.
Amber Portwood isn’t getting special treatment while behind bars. The Teen Mom star put on the standard orange and white stripped inmate shirt Dec. 27., and spent the night on a typical “thin” jail mat, at the Madison County Jail in Anderson, Ind., last night. The 20-year-old reality star was arrested and charged with two counts of a Class D felony for domestic battery, neglect and a misdemeanor for beating up her baby daddy Gary Shirley, stemming from episodes of the MTV show.
Let’s hope Amber,20, is seriously learning how to be a better mom to baby Leah – she’s voluntarily entering a program called, ” Informal Adjustment”, in which Indiana’s Child Protective Services will provide support and therapy to Amber, as well as closely monitering her mothering.
“Amber is under a lot of pressure largely because of media scrutiny and misinformation”, her attorney Robert Schembs, told Radaronline.com. Yes, she probably is , but isn’t that a good thing since every viewer of Teen Mom watched her hit, punch and kick her ex-fiance Gary Shirley, while their daughter, Leah, now 2o months, crawled at their feet.
