Justin Bieber had a very special relationship with a young girl, Avalanna Routh, who he nicknamed Mrs. Bieber. After she passed away of brain cancer Sept. 26, Justin dedicated a concert to her and now, he’s paying tribute on his Twitter.

“Today would of been the 7th Birthday of Mrs.Bieber. @Avalanna you changed my life. We will all celebrate you today no matter what. love u,” Justin tweeted.

Justin first tweeted about her passing on Sept. 26. “Just got the worst news ever. One of the greatest spirits i have ever known is gone. Please pray for her family and for her. RIP Avalanna. I love you.”

Just a few days later, Justin dedicated his concert to Avalanna. He tweeted before the show, “Big day today. Tonight is for my angel. #mrsbieber.”

Justin Bieber took a special moment during his concert on Sept. 29 in Glendale, Arizona, to pay a heartfelt dedication to Avalanna ‘Mrs. Bieber’ Routh, who died just three days prior from a rare form of brain cancer at the age of six. Avalanna’s parents were in the audience, and completely shocked by the performance.

“We didn’t know he’d be dedicating the song to her. It was completely unrehearsed,” Avalanna’s father, Cameron Routh, told Celebuzz.

“We were so touched by it. But I wasn’t really surprised, because that’s just the kind of guy he is.”

Justin performed his song One Last Lonely Girl on stage while a slideshow of photos of him and Avalanna played in the background. ”Instead of choosing a ‘lonely girl’ as he usual does, Justin placed flowers on a empty seat,” Justin’s musical director Dan Kanter told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “It was very emotional for all of us. She was precious.”

Cameron said his little girl would have been just as touched.

“Avalanna would have loved it,” he said. “She loved parties, loved people and loved adventures. She would have taken the phone from me and told you herself.”

Avalanna first grabbed Justin’s attention after hospital workers organized a wedding for Avalanna and a cut-out of Justin. Social media alerted the 18-year-old heartthrob and eventually the two met, became friends and had a pretend wedding of their own.

Justin informed fans of his grief via Twitter when he heard of her passing. “Just got the worst news ever. One of the greatest spirits i have ever known is gone. please pray for her family and for her,” he wrote, adding “please show respect to her and her family. say a prayer for her and for them. i miss her.”

Justin Bieber‘s Sept. 29 concert in Glendale, Arizona was the first date on his anticipated Believe tour, but the most emotional moment came when he celebrated his fan, Avalanna ‘Mrs. Bieber’ Routh, who tragically lost her battle with cancer on Sept. 26 at the age of six.

Justin’s Musical Director and Guitarist Dan Kanter tells HollywoodLife.com that Justin, 18, dedicated his song “One Less Lonely Girl” to Avalanna at the show.

“Justin dedicated “One Less Lonely Girl” to Avalanna [on Sept. 29]. There was a touching picture montage during the song and instead of choosing a “lonely girl” as he usual does, Justin placed flowers on a empty seat. It was very emotional for all of us. She was precious.”

Justin’s director Alfredo Flores tweeted, “That was the best OLLG we’ve ever had :’(” after the show, and Dan retweeted the sentiment.

Justin tweeted about Avalanna twice over the weekend, saying: ”Big day today. Tonight is for my angel. #mrsbieber,” on Sept. 29, before the show.

After the concert, Justin tweeted, “Goodnight Avalanna. Tonight was for u. I love u.”

Justin shared his grief with fans on twitter when he first heard about Avalanna’s passing.

Justin is so sweet! It’s easy to see how much he loved Avalanna.

Justin Bieber‘s September 29 concert in Glendale, Arizona was totally inspiring, and he showed his dedication to Beliebers countless times. But the most touching moment came when he celebrated his favorite fan, Avalanna ‘Mrs. Bieber’ Routh, who tragically lost her battle with cancer on September 26.

Justin, 18, dedicated the song “One Less Lonely Girl” to Avalanna, while the Jumbotron cycled through images of the courageous girl and her family.

Justin continued the dedication on Twitter that day, with a series of messages dedicating his performance to her.

“Big day today. Tonight is for my angel. #mrsbieber,” he wrote before the show.

After the concert, Justin wrote, “Goodnight Avalanna. Tonight was for u. I love u.” He then issued another tweet, attached to a GIF of the Jumbotron tribute, which simply said, “:) great night.”

When Justin first heard that Avalanna had passed, he took to Twitter to share his grief with fans.

When Justin Bieber heard the tragic news that Avalanna Routh had sadly passed away from her battle with brain cancer on Wednesday, Sept. 26, he immediately took to Twitter to express his sadness over the loss of the sweet girl he referred to as his “wifey.” A day later, Justin has continued to share his thoughts.

On Thursday, Sept. 27, Justin posted a touching photo of himself with “Mrs. Bieber,” with an accompanying message that read, “My angel.” So sweet.

Justin had previously tweeted, “Just got the worst news ever. one of the greatest spirits i have ever known is gone. please pray for her family and for her. RIP Avalanna. I love you. Please show respect to her and her family. Say a prayer for her and for them. I miss her,” on Sept. 26.

Avalanna Routh — also known as “Mrs. Bieber” — died of brain cancer on September 26. The little girl was famous for her love of Justin Bieber which prompted hospital workers to conduct a pretend wedding with a paper cut-out of the teen heartthrob. She eventually met and became good friends with her “husband.”
Avalanna’s family took to Twitter to announce the devastating news.

“Our darling Avalanna went to Heaven this morning. Oh Avalanna, the brightest star – you took our hearts with you, our greatest Love;(,” @Avalanna tweeted.

According to the Associated Press, she died of an atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor. In her sadly brief life, Avalanna’s dreams were come true when she met Justin Bieber after “marrying” him in February 2012. She even went on The Today Show with the 18-year-old singer to talk about what great friends they ‘d become!

“We iChat and we Facetime,” Justin said on Today in June 2012.

Justin would always tweet about the little girl,  referring to her as his “wifey.” He also took to Twitter to express his sadness about the devastating news.

“Just got the worst news ever. one of the greatest spirits i have ever known is gone. please pray for her family and for her,” Justin tweeted on Sept. 26. “RIP Avalanna. I love you. Please show respect to her and her family. Say a prayer for her and for them. I miss her.”

A close friend of Justin’s tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Justin is really sad about his little friend Mrs. Bieber losing her battle [with her terrible illness.] He got the phone call yesterday and is not happy. His heart and prayers really go out to her family.”

Justin Bieber continued his journey across the globe in part two of Justin Bieber: All Around The World on NBC. Read on to see if Justin was OK after passing out on those stairs in Paris and how the show must go on, no matter what.

At the end of part 1, Justin had passed out on the stairs after smacking his head into a glass window in Paris. After a tense 5 minutes that had manager Scooter Braun scared for his main man, Justin came to with only a small concussion and a nice little bruise on his forehead. Whew!

The next morning Justin jumped on a plane to his next destination – Milan. More screaming fans mobbed the pop-star, but Justin didn’t seem to mind, taking time to pose for pics with as many fans as possible. Aww, what a guy!

The fans might love Justin the most, but they share the love for his whole team. Catching a sight of music video director Alfredo Flores or Scooter is as much a thrill as seeing Justin himself.

A quick stop in Verona and Justin was on the move again to Madrid, Spain. And in case Justin was feeling a little homesick by this point, his dad and little sister Jazmyn were there for him. Justin and Jazmyn sang along to his hit “Boyfriend” and she couldn’t get enough.

“Play that song again,” she cooed. Even his sister’s got Bieber Fever.

But at the end of the day, Justin was happy to have his little sister around, cuddling with her on the couch while she slept peacefully. Such a good big brother!

Justin spread the amour from Spain to Mexico, where he got ready for his biggest show EVER – 250,000 people! No sweat though. Even with all those fans screaming outside, Justin sat in his room strumming his guitar, waiting for the show to start.

Justin’s calm demeanor reminded Alfredo of the first time the Beatles met Elvis Presley. Elvis was simply playing his guitar when the Fab Four walked in.

Comparisons to the Beatles and Elvis were everywhere, as Justin out-shined Sir Paul McCartney in Mexico. Over 150,000 more fans came out for Justin’s concert than for Paul’s 2 weeks prior. Looks like Bieber Fever trumps Beatlemania.

But what do you do after playing the biggest concert of your life? For Justin, you go back to the place where it all began.

He stopped by his hometown of Stratford, Canada and played an impromptu concert at the steps where he used to perform cover songs as a young boy on his guitar. This time he got to perform one of his own songs, as the crowd helped him sing “Baby.”

“It’s important to never forget where I came from,” Justin said.

The final stop on this two week tour that covered 19 cities in 7 countries was perhaps the greatest city on Earth – New York City!

Only one small problem – Justin had no place to hold his last concert. The New York Police Department would not grant the request for a permit to play an outside concert in any of the five boroughs. No surprise considering what happened in Europe and what Justin found waiting for him at Rockefeller Center on the day before his Today show performance.

Girls were camped out the entire week, waiting for Justin to arrive for his Friday morning performance. He even stood out the side of his car, waving to all his adoring fans decked out in their Bieber gear.

But the search was on for a venue, and Scooter AKA Mr. Gets It Done was on it. Justin’s one request – “I wanna go someplace Michael (Jackson) performed.”

Before his performance though, Justin had to check in with … the wife? Yes, Mrs. Bieber, Avalanna Routh was in New York to see Justin and the two couldn’t have been cuter. The six-year-old girl, who is fighting brain cancer, was so happy to see Justin, and the feeling was obviously mutual.

“I’m worried I won’t see her again,” Justin said about each time he meets up with Avalanna.

Finally the night of the secret show arrived, and it was all going down at the historic Apollo Theater in Harlem. Ludacris and Justin performed their hit “All Around The World” and then things went south.

Alarms sounded backstage and Justin could no longer hear the music in his headset. All power to the audio equipment had shut down.

“Justin Bieber just blew up the Apollo,” one of his team members said, more proud of Justin than disappointed that they might not be able to go on.

Didn’t stop Justin. He had the most loyal and committed fans backing him up and they finished the concert together, all singing at the top of their lungs to their favorite Bieber tunes.

“It started with my fans, and tonight it ends with me and them,” Justin said. “I’m blessed. I have all my Beliebers to thank for that.”
