Jem and the gals are coming to life. A live action film, based on the cult-classic animated series Jem and the Holograms, will hit theaters on Oct. 23, and we’ve now got our first trailer for the exciting movie! In an updated take on the 80s TV show on which it is based, the movie will tell the story of Jerrica/Jem (Aubrey Peeples), a small town girl who quickly transforms from video star to global superstar as she and her three sisters take the world by storm with their music.
