Jenelle Evans, 20, is no stranger to the legal system, and it looks like she will be back in court again soon. The Teen Mom 2 star threatened to press charges against her sister Ashleigh Evans Wilson over fake stories she allegedly sold about Jenelle and her fiance Courtland Rogers.

Ashleigh told Star magazine in an interview that Courtland totalled Jenelle’s car, and then went missing for hours. She even posted the photo of the supposed car damage on Facebook.

But Jenelle and Courtland are denying any such damage took place — and the reality star is fighting back against her sister.

“I’m pressing charges on u. See u in court,” Jenelle texted her sister and then posted to her Twitter account. “I didn’t post those, stop texting me,” Ashleigh texted back, seemingly about the photos of the car damage.

Jenelle has also threatened to take her mom Barbara Evans to court in the past over custody of her son Jace, 3, and nothing has happened yet.

Jenelle Evans, who was rushed to the hospital on September 20, has gotten so out of control with her drug use that her mother, Barbara Evans, fears the worst — that her daughter will wind up dead!

Jenelle’s older sister, Ashleigh Evans Wilson, tells OK! Magazine, “My mom is afraid that Jenelle is going to overdose,” adding that Barbara has begun to regularly check up on her troubled daughter. A recent visit didn’t go too well, though, according to Ashleigh.

“When my mom got there, the door was open, so she walked in and found Jenelle strung out,” Ashleigh claims. “But Jenelle went nuts and pressed charges against her for breaking and entering!” According to Ashleigh, this isn’t the first time Jenelle has gotten the police involved in her fights, and the police are growing tired of it. “The police have had it, because she keeps pressing charges,” Ashleigh says. “If she doesn’t get what she wants, she presses charges. She used to have so many friends — but not anymore.”

All you Teen Mom fans, take a look at this adorable little cat lady!  Back in the day, she was a loving and outgoing kid with a lot of spunk and determination, but now she’s the wild child on the hit MTV show. So take your pick – which Teen Mom star is it?

It’s Jenelle Evans! When 19-year-old Jenelle was younger, she might have still been tough, but nothing like she is now. Her older sister Ashleigh, 22, recalls that her sibling was a sweet honor student who “didn’t go wild until just before she got pregnant.”

Now, Jenelle has a 1-year-old son Jace, who is primarily cared for by her mother Barbara. The same woman “worked two, three jobs at the same time” when she was raising Jenelle, Ashleigh and their brother Colin.

And although Jenelle’s family had a difficult past, which might be causing her to act out in ways she shouldn’t, these photos prove that she was once an innocent little girl with a bright future.

Was it just a coincidence that Jenelle’s vicious attack on Britany was caught on tape? Looks like the whole incident might have been set up!

It was staged! That’s what Ashleigh Evans Wilson, sister of Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans, says about Jenelle’s attack on Britany Truett!

“I doesn’t get to me anymore its just stupid the whole fight was staged,” Ashleigh wrote on her Facebook wall on March 29. “And the girl who made the videio is a peice of crap…”

“Jennlle might make mistakes but shes young,” Ashleigh continued. “The biggest mistake my mom said to me was moving to North Carolina b/c people there are so messed up….”

Since the video hit the web, Jenelle, 19, Britany, 19, and Brittany Maggard, 18 — who can be seen on the video instigating the fight — have all been arrested and charged with brawling in public.

Britany, who got beat up, initially didn’t want to press charges. But since her arrest, she has accused Jenelle and Brittany of assault.

Now all three girls must appear in court on April 26.

But the question remains — who was behind camera in the first place?

Britany talked smack about Jenelle’s boyfriend Kieffer Delp — so Jenelle went after her with her fists. Now, Jenelle’s sister says her attack was completely justified! Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans‘ sister has her back! Ashleigh Evans Wilson says that Britany Truett deserved to get beat up by Jenelle on March 22 in Sunset Harbor, N.C. in a pummeling that was caught on video — because she wouldn’t shut up about Jenelle’s man!
“So my sister beat this girls ass… I think she deserves it,” Ashleigh wrote of Britnay, 19, on her Facebook wall on March 25. “She was talking crap to jenelle for way too long and basically telling her to come and beat her ass for somtime now and what ever else she said… “

“I wouldn’t have personally beat anyones ass I am not in preschool or middle school,” Ashleigh continued. “But at least now this britany girls says it….was her fault and she’s not pressing charges b/c she has a kid and what not…”

“Well she did deserve it,” said Ashleigh. “I know she did my mom told me all about it, britanny was asking for it.”

Ashleigh thinks that Jenelle, 19, was completely justified in her actions: “One think that us northern girls dont do is talk hit behind peoples backs and arent afraid to say it to your face and if it ends unly ohh well thats the way it is…I am sorry to say but she did deserve it..”

Unfortunately for Jenelle, she was arrested along with her friend Brittany Maggard, 18, who was also involved in the incident.

All three girls are now facing criminal charges and are expected to appear in court on April 26.

Jenelle won’t get jail time, says her attorney!
