Jef Holm changes his mind about his former fiancee Emily Maynard all the time! One minute he wants her back, and the next minute he is ready to move on. In his latest move, he and his best friend Arie Luyendyk Jr. have taken to Twitter to joke about their former rivalry on The Bachelorette, and the joke is at Emily’s expense. As previously reported by HollywoodLife.com, Jef tweeted on Dec. 9 about going to Columbia, S.C., to “cross something off the bucket list” with Bachelor host Chris Harrison. Columbia is very close to Emily’s home in Charlotte, N.C., so naturally the rumor mill went into overdrive — is Jef planning a dramatic gesture to win her back?

However, only the previous night, Jef and his BFF Arie attended the Sub For Santa Date Auction in Salt Lake City, Utah on Dec. 8, where they competed to raise money for the charity, which benefits children who may not get presents.

Arie tweeted “@JefHolm may have won Emily’s heart but ..tonight I am bringing my A game for #Sub4Santa, why will I raise more?” He followed this with his reasons for why he should win.

“1. As seen in this serious self portrait in the hotel bathroom, I am wearing my favorite suit…. #TailoredToSeeTheGoods 2. Facial hair… Older women love this.. Older women have money #Manly And finally 3. I will lay a kiss on someone if it means victory… It’s for the kids! #ItCouldWorkThisTime”.

Jef then replied “ hahahaha wowww”. Do you think the boys were trying to take a cheap shot at Emily? While both boys once competed for Emily’s heart, neither seems to be on speaking terms with her now, as they have both dissed her on Twitter in recent weeks.

On a lighter note, Arie also tweeted a picture of himself looking in the mirror, and he told a follower he was “harnessing my inner Kim K[ardashian] hahaha”. Arie was auctioned for $2300.oo, so he obviously looked good!

As for Jef and Arie’s future plans? A potential Bachelor spin-off may happen! A follower tweeted “I think @jefholm and @ariejr need to do a bromance bachelor….2 guys..50 girls..#epic” to which Arie replied “I’m down.. Jef, you in?” That sounds like it would be a really good show!

On Nov. 28, Jef tweeted “Class is knowing what to say, when to say it, & when to stop.” This is a clear reference to Arie’s mean tweet to Emily, as Jef echo’s what Emily’s fans said when they also hit out at Arie. But why is Jef so mad at Arie?

Jef and Arie are joined at the hip, and the weekend before Thanksgiving they hung out in Arie’s home town of Scottsdale, AZ, with Arie’s girlfriend Courtney Robertson and Jef’s new flame Katianna Bear. It would be so sad if the boys were no longer friends!

Their love for each other is clear, as Arie tweeted Jef on Nov. 5 to say “I can’t quit you bhahahahahahahahhaha”, which is a reference to the film Brokeback Mountain. Jef, put poor Arie out of his misery and forgive him — you guys are made for each other!

Arie Luyendyk Jr. must still be bitter from his failed romance with Emily Maynard on The Bachelorette, as he has taken to Twitter to diss her. Arie is best friends with Emily’s former fiancé Jef Holm, and he helped Jef through his difficult break up when Jef was pining for Emily. Now, Arie is insisting that there is more to Emily than meets the eye, as he tells a fan that we only know “50% of the story.” Sounds juicy!

Jef spent the weekend before Thanksgiving in Arizona with Katianna, 23, Arie, 30, and Arie’s girlfriend Courtney Robertson. Jef has clearly moved on from Emily, and Arie and Courtney are loved up, so why is there animosity?

Arie tweeted Emily on Nov. 25 to say “You’re not the person everyone thinks you are.”

He then quickly deleted the tweet. But why? One of Emily’s fans came to her defense, saying, “How immature to call Emily out on twitter like that. She didn’t pick you move on. Stop acting like a little girl. #manup.”

And Arie responded, “People such as yourself only know 50% of the story. Please don’t judge on a matter you know nothing about.”

So interesting! Why does Arie have beef with Emily? Perhaps it is because she rejected all of Jef’s advances when he was trying to win her back, and Arie knows firsthand how upset Jef must have been. But was dissing her so publicly over Twitter a wise move?

When Emily, 26, was engaged to Jef, she mentioned that Arie might act as the best man at their wedding. Let’s hope that their former close bond isn’t ruined forever.
