Selena Gomez is a working gal! The Disney princess, 20, has just signed on to star in Shameless actor William H. Macy‘s new film called Rudderless. William will direct Selena, his wife Felicity Huffman and Fright Night hunk Anton Yelchin. Will Selena have an off screen romance with hottie Anton?

Selena, William, Felicity, Anton, Laurence Fishburn and Billy Crudup will all star in the film about a father’s struggle with his sons death. Filming will begin in Oklahoma in April reports Deadline, and Selena tweeted her excitement on April 1.

“So excited to be joining this film,” tweeted the star. So cool!

The film is described as a musical drama about a grieving father who forms a band after finding his deceased son’s songs, and it was written by William and Casey Twenter and Jeff Robison. The father is in a downward spiral when he finds his son’s songs, and he hopes that forming a band will bring him peace.

That sounds like a really good movie! And since it is about a band, we can assume that Selena will sing. Will she make sweet, sweet music with Anton?

Selena and Anton, 24, are both and single, so could this could be the beginning of a new romance?

Forget the movies about a boy and girl being friends with benefits or going the distance  – Like Crazy is spot on about a twenty-something’s take on love.

I saw Like Crazy at the Tommy Hilfiger New York premiere and it is one of the best movies I’ve seen about l’amour in awhile. In fact, in my book, it’s better than my favorite chick flick, Love Actually!

Jacob (Anton Yelchin) and Anna (Felicity Jones) are college students in L.A., who quickly fall in love after meeting in a writing class. The two spend their remaining time of school together, but are faced with the daunting question: “What are we going to do when we graduate?” With no plans or jobs in sight, the two spend an enjoyable summer together, but are eventually forced to part ways when Felicity has to return to her home country of England because of visa complications.

The film takes us through their post-college years as they start and stop their relationship again, again and again. They advance in their careers, find temporary distractions, but always end up back in each other’s arms. It really puts a new light on the concept of letting go and trusting fate to take its course.

I don’t want to spoil the movie too much for you, but it definitely poses a lot of questions we asked (or are asking!) ourselves when traipsing through a first serious relationship. When these relationships end — usually to the demise of distance — is it really over? And even though our first loves feel like the end all, be all — is there more than one person out there who will give us those same butterflies?

Like Crazy is so real and it will make you laugh AND definitely tear up a little bit, even if you aren’t one to cry. Plus, Anton Yelchin is such a cutie, and his chemistry with Felicity Jones is indescribable!

So grab your girls and see this movie that comes out in theaters in NYC and LA tomorrow, Oct. 28!

The Hills hottie Audrina Patridge, 24, and rocker (slash Lite FM singer) boyfriend Ryan Cabrera, 27, are officially the new king and queen of the PDA. The new couple are so into each other that they treated an entire roomful of partygoers including Travis Barker, Aaron Paul and Anton Yelchin to a steamy make-out session in Las Vegas Tuesday night.

“Oh my god, they were all over each other, and didn’t even stop when people came over to take their photo!” one astounded eyewitness exclaims to HollywoodLife.com of the duo, who were attending the AG Jeans Adriano Goldschmied party at Rain nightclub Feb. 16.

“After about an hour of making out, they even had their friend hold their table so they could go to a more quiet place; they came back after an hour looking very happy,” added the spy.

We know what that means! So, so scandalous!
