Angela Kinsey is a pro at successfully juggling her daytime job as playing the uptight Angela Martin on The Office and her true passion — being a single mom to daughter Isabel, 4.

The hilarious actress, who recently starred in the coming-of-age drama Struck By Lightning, why she spent the holidays with her ex-husband Warren Lieberstein.

“Our families get together, and I just feel very fortunate that we have that kind of relationship and we are very much involved in our daughter’s life together,” Angela tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

And co-parenting isn’t just for the holidays — it’s an important part of Angela and Warren’s life, for Isabel’s sake.

“The stakes are so high, it’s your child,” she says. “I want her to see two parents that really, really have respect for each other, and a friendship, and I have that with my ex.”

“He’s a great guy and I feel very fortunate, so I try to make sure that she can look at her family and feel safe and happy,” she reveals.

Angela Kinsey: How Citrus Lane Helps Her Busy Life

Angela manages to balance her work life and her role as a single mom thanks to Citrus Lane, a leading subscription box company that brings the best products for kids hand-picked by other moms. Angela was named celebrity ambassador for the company because she is a proud consumer herself!

“It’s an online community of parents, and they are constantly researching and picking out products,” she says.

“It’s also just a really lovely gift to give someone,” she adds. “I think as a new parent you can get really overwhelmed. There’s a lot of stuff out there, and now you have a community that’s doing the research for you.”

Angela Kinsey may play the neurotic cat-loving accountant Angela Martin on The Office, but the real-life working mom is much more fun — and totally focused on her daughter Isabel, 4!

As the show wraps up it’s final season, Angela, who was named celebrity ambassador of subscription box company Citrus Lane, is busier than ever — but makes her days off with her daughter count.

“Whenever you get a day off in the middle of the week as a working mom, you just cherish it,” she told HollyBaby.com exclusively, and added that on her days off, she loves making Isabel breakfast, taking her to school, and visiting with her teachers.

She also credits Citrus Lane with helping her find the best toys, snacks, and products for Isabel, since she doesn’t always have the time herself — and the company sends them right to her doorstep!

But even with her hectic schedule, the actress also said she’s lucky to be able to bring Isabel on set, as her co-stars and crew are very family-friendly — including BFF and fellow mom Jenna Fischer, who welcomed son Weston in September 2011.

“I am so excited that Jenna is a mom now,” Angela said. “Our friendship has just grown and gotten so much deeper.”

Together for the holidays

With the holidays coming up, Angela, who divorced her ex-husband Warren Lieberstein in 2010, is bringing her parents and Isabel over to Warren’s parents house for Thanksgiving — and insists co-parenting is essential for her daughter’s well-being.

“Our daughter is everything to us. She is the ultimate accountability,” she said. “It’s too important to not have it go well, and not work on it in our opinion.”

It sounds like Isabel is lucky to have such loving parents!

What are your three beauty essentials that you couldn’t do without?
“Sunscreen, lip gloss and a little powder compact.”

Have you ever personally considered dying your hair a darker blonde or brunette shade?
“I have! I once put in a lot if low lights. I really liked it. For the People’s Choice Awards, I went with Nice ‘n Easy Color Blend Foam shade 10, Extra Light Blonde.”

Do you think your character, Angela Martin, on The Office would ever be a brunette?
“No way. She is too prissy about her look. She has probably had the same hair style her whole life.”

As a busy working mom, do you have any time saving beauty secrets?
“I keep a little wicker basket by my front door with sunscreen, a powder compact and lip gloss. I am usually rushing so I can do a quick touch up on the way out the door.”

What is your favorite part of getting all dolled up for a red carpet event and what is your least favorite part?
“Well I am very much a jeans and t-shirt gal so it is fun to force myself out of that comfort zone. Hmmm my least favorite part would be eye liner! I hardly ever where eye makeup in my normal life and it makes my eyes water. Oh and high heels. Ouchy after 6 hours.”

Who would you say is your biggest beauty inspiration?
“My oldest sister, Billie Jo, she always looks so classy and beautiful without being too made up. She has a real sense of style and grace. A beautiful lady.”

With all the late-night drama between Jay Leno and Conan O’Brien —i n addition to the fact the network hasn’t had a massive hit like Friends in years — NBC is going through a rough time. What can revive the network to its former awesome superstar status? The Office star Angela Kinsey has an idea: bring on Brad Pitt!

The star who’s show was nominated for a Golden Globe says NBC prez Jeff Zucker should hire one of the sexiest men alive, Mr. Angelina Jolie, to give the network the boost it so desperately needs.

“Brad Pitt as our UPS man,” the 38-year-old told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY at the NBC Golden Globes after-party. “Angela and Brad would have an amazing connection from across the partition I stand behind. He would see just the top of my head and know we were meant to be … Something like that.”
