America’s Next Top Model: All Stars winner Lisa D’Amato suffered a horrific facial injury on Jan. 19, that left her with severe wounds on her money maker. Lisa, 32, was joking around on the Colorado set of her new movie Cowboys and Indians with a co-worker, when she took a nasty fall that left her with a broken nose and lacerations to her chin, lips and forehead. This would be bad for anyone, but Lisa is a model who makes a living off her face. Thankfully, she has seen the ”silver lining”, as she has taken the opportunity to get a nose job!

“This is real. I broke my nose last night folks!” Lisa announced on Facebook on Jan. 20, which she accompanied with the scary picture above. “Got rushed to the plastic surgeon and now I’m finished. Who wants to hang out? Lol JK. But seriously, I’m fine . . . I need to chill on my gymnastics. I’ll be back to normal in a month. I hope I like my new nose!”

Lisa says that her injury occurred when some horseplay went wrong.

“We were just kind of monkeying around,” she tells PEOPLE, explaining that she was doing a handstand up against a crew member when they both suddenly fell down. Lisa landed on her face, crushing her nose, and the crew member fell on top of her, which caused even more scraps to her face.

“It was a totally freak accident,” Lisa says. “It wasn’t like we were doing back flips off the balcony.”

Lisa was rushed to the emergency room, and she was soon seen by a plastic surgeon. Amazingly, Lisa is now looking on the bright side, as she took this as an opportunity to have her nose straightened.

“I didn’t have the best nose in the world to begin with. It gave me character,” she says. “Now I have a nice little nose job. I get a super cute nose.”

Throughout the ordeal, Lisa says she made jokes to lighten the mood. “Everyone seemed so sad,” she says. When Lisa was left alone however, reality hit. “I looked at my hands. They were covered with blood. That’s when I thought, ‘Oh, my God, what did I do to myself?’ Of course, I started crying.”

Lisa is making a speedy recovery — with a new nose!

“They are real,” she says of the above images, “but I am recovering very well. So well, that I’ll have no scars and look even better.”

“It’s only DAY 4 & look how fast I’m healing!” Lisa wrote on her Facebook on Jan. 22. ”I’m still puffy and all types of jacked up but the improvement is huge in just 48 hrs. #AMAZING #SURGERY #recovery now you guys don’t get to see my face & new nose till it’s perfect in a couple wks! Love you all and thank you with all my heart for the support. Day by day baby! ….✌❤”

Out with the old, in with the new! Tyra Banks has officially selected replacement judges for Nigel Barker, Jay Alexander and Jay Manuel – all of whom she recently fired from America’s Next Top Model. Taking their seats on the panel will be stylist Johnny Wujek, model Rob Evans and publicist Kelly Cutrone.

Johnny, known for styling Katy Perry, will serve as a “creative consultant.”

But the cast isn’t the only thing changing about The CW’s hit reality series. As it heads into its 19th cycle, the show will also move days and times to Fridays at 8 p.m.

HollywoodLife.com spoke to Nigel in his first interview since he was fired as judge on the hit show and he reveals what it was like when Tyra told him the news!

Nigel Barker is keeping his chin up and is excited for what’s next. But the 39-year-old photographer and long-time fixture of America’s Next Top Model tells HollywoodLife.com that learning that he was not going to be a part of season 19 is definitely difficult to come to terms with.

“It’s always sad when it comes to an end,” Nigel says. “Ratings have been going down and the networks [CBS & CW] wanted to shake things up and they came to to the conclusion that changing everything would fix things.”

We told you that Nigel, Jay Manuel and J Alexander were all let go from the show and Tyra Banks even took to her Twitter to comment on the news.

“It is always going to be a bit awkward, how could it not be,” he says now of his relationship with Tyra. “Whenever you call anyone up to say ‘listen you can’t come’ or ‘I’m not coming … it’s over,’ it’s never the call anyone wants to have. I don’t think any of us wanted to leave.”

But Nigel tells HollywoodLife.com that now he will be able to focus on opportunities that he wasn’t able to before.

“I myself have had many opportunities that I haven’t been able to follow up on because of the exclusivity of America’s Next Top Model,” he says. “It is sad because it was an era. I turn 40 next week and it defined my 30s. Now my 40s: here we go! I’m looking forward to going off on my own and doing my own shows and being my own boss.”

But has this hurt his relationship with Tyra?

“To be honest I don’t think it has hurt my relationship with her at all,” Nigel tells us. “It’s not just her. There are many different factors. This is a huge business with CBS and the CW… who knows what the right decison may be. Maybe they made a bad decision. They will see and find out. I wish them nothing but the best and good luck with the next.”

There’s been a major shake up over at ‘Americas Next Top Model’ and Tyra Banks even confirmed the news on her Twitter — read on to find out what happened!

The 19th season of America’s Next Top Model is going to be almost unrecognizable. It has just been announced that longtime stars of the show Nigel Barker, Jay Manuel and J Alexander will not be returning to the hit series.

The show’s creator and star, Tyra Banks confirmed the shocking news on Twitter by saying: “Fierce & love 2 my Nigel, Jay & Miss J ANTM turned us in2 a family. Excited for what the future holds for us.”

This parting of ways comes right on the heels of an all time ratings low for the current cycle of top model dubbed British Invasion.

The New York Post is reporting that the trios contracts were not renewed. This is surprising since Nigel was the show’s photographer and photo shoot director Manuel have been with the series since day one.

Nigel took to his blog last night to write: “Many of you have come to know me over the past eight years on the show, during which we have shared numerous amazing adventures, It has been an exciting chapter in my life.”

Jay also tweeted this quote: “The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination. — Carl Rogers”

It has yet to be announced who is being considered to take their places.

Kendall and Kylie truly looked like twins in the unusual photo shoot in matching pigtails, black dresses and some super pale makeup. While Kris matched her daughters in all black, she looked more sexy than scary in a lacey get-up.

Tyra Banks, who confirmed she is dating 37-year-old businessman John Utendahl, told TV host Piers Morgan that she plans on starting a family. “I definitely want babies,” she gushed, adding that it will happen sooner rather than later. Hmm…

She doesn’t take slack from anyone, and does not sit by quietly when she feels she has been offended. Be it on-again off-again pal Kim Zolciak or her own husband, Nene is never shy to tell it how it is and back it up.
• Bethenny Frankel: From being a wifeless housewife to hocking her line of tasteless low calorie goods, Bethenny has always found a way to promote her “brand.” Her latest step, being a contestant on America’s favorite disaster program – Skating With the Stars. Only Bethenny has decided she does not care what the judges say, which is mostly that she’s awful, and instead says she is skating for America. America wants you to know Bethenny, we agree with the judges.
• Teresa Giudice: Living her lavish life, by way of New Jersey, Teresa showed that it takes neither class nor money to enjoy the finer things in life — be it Italian trips, eight foot tall vases or endless shopping trips with your ever growing pack of daughters. Teresa’s divatude became somewhat diminished however when it was discovered she and her hubby Joe were millions in debt.
• Tyra Banks: I mean, is there any need for an explanation here?
• Johnny Weir: The flamboyant figure skater brought his blend of overly dramatic diva antics to not one, not two, but three reality programs this year. First up, the Olympics, where after two seemingly perfect skates her incomprehensibly failed to medal. Then, he took center stage on his own Sundance program, Be Good Johnny Weir, where he bathed with BFF Paris and extolled the virtues of Balenciaga bags and male make-up. Finally, he closed it all out with his stint as a judge on Skating With the Stars and let Bethenny have it on episode four — and it is safe to say this diva definitely OWNED that diva.
