Amanda Bynes is a hot mess! This former Nickelodeon star doesn’t seem to mind that the paparazzi are following her every move, she’s going to do what she wants, clearly. Amanda, 26, was spotted driving her car near the Chateau Marmont on April 12, a celeb hotspot in LA, and she drove onto the sidewalk!

Not only that, she was texting while driving, which is illegal in the state of California! Just one week ago, Amanda was pulled over in West Hollywood at 3 AM and was slapped with a DUI. Then, the next day she tried to get into The Standard, the same place she was partying at the night of the DUI — she was turned away at the door.
