At the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on Feb. 5, 24-year-old Julianne Hough showed off an amazing Alberta Ferretti floor-length dress for the premiere of her new movie, Safe Haven. The silver embellishments on the front and back are truly remarkable, and the color looked fab on her!

The gown had see-through panels all over with a lace and beaded bodice. The whole dress was very ornate and sexy. It really did flatter her tremendous figure, and her skin was glowing! Her stylist couldn’t have been more right with this pick.

Hair, makeup, and accessories always play a huge role in a celeb’s red carpet debut. Julianne wore her blonde hair in a teased curly updo – a great choice because it’d be a shame to cover up her elaborate neckline. Her makeup and darkened eyebrows looked wonderful and totally accentuated her crystal blue eyes. She kept her jewelry to a minimum — simple, shiny stud earrings and a ring. Her bare neck and wrists were a wise choice because more jewelry would’ve taken away from the embellishments on the gown. She finished off her look with a cute, silver clutch to match the dress.

The clutch was a great touch, but her best accessory was her lovable boyfriend, 38-year-old Ryan Seacrest. He looked handsome in his grey suit and black dress shoes. This adorable couple color coordinated, and they looked spectacular together. How can you not love these two?

Hollywood’s A-List managed to dress up and give back as they all flocked to the Art of Elysium’s 4th Annual Black Tie “Heaven” Charity Gala on Jan. 15.
A bevy of beautiful ladies, from a Rodarte clad Kirsten Dunst to Leighton Meester in Louis Vuitton, were on hand for the star studded evening, held annually the night before the Golden Globes!

The evening honored James Franco for his work with the organization, that encourages working actors, artists and musicians to voluntarily dedicate their time and talent to children who are battling serious medical conditions.

Also in attendance, Nicole Richie in a stunning Pucci, Rachel Bilson in Zac Posen, Camilla Belle in Alberta Ferretti and Eva Mendes in Valentino.

Who wore Alberta Ferretti best?

Taraji P. Henson was the first to wear this flowing get-up to the 2010 People’s Choice Awards in LA on Jan. 6, where she looked stunning in the light lilac, pre-fall one-shoulder Alberta Ferretti gown — but that wasn’t the last time we saw this fine frock on the red carpet! Jennifer Garner turned up in a deep pink version of the dress for the grand opening of the Casino Club in West Virginia on Jul. 2, where the usual dressed-down star really turned up her wow factor.

While both girls paired the look with impeccable hair and makeup, the way the gown falls on Taraji really puts her above Jen in my book. What do you think?

It looks like the Eclipse chicks can’t get enough of minis — even though Kristen Stewart, the queen of leggy looks, wasn’t at the premiere in London today, both Nikki Reed and Ashley Greene both opted for super short get-ups. While both girls got glam in short dresses, their looks had two totally different vibes! There was Nikki, who kept up her stellar red carpet frocks and looked pretty in pink in an Alberta Ferretti frock and Brian Atwood shoes. The star accessorized with a Ferragamo clutch and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. Ashley sparkled in a sexy L’Wren Scott fall 2010 mini and midnight blue Brian Atwood peep-toes.

The ladies weren’t the only ones looking good — Kellan Lutz opted for a sharp navy suit while Joe Jonas kept it more casual in a plaid shirt under his suit. I prefer Kellan’s totally put together get-up, but which guy dressed best on the carpet?
