666 Park Avenue is closing its doors for good in 2013, and according to Robert Buckley, none of the residents are guaranteed to check out alive! “No one is safe,” he told HollywoodLife.com on Dec. 9 at The Cinema Society’s screening of Stand Up Guys at the MoMA in NYC, sponsored by Chrysler and Bally. “At least one person, if not more, are in serious peril.”

The script, which Robert described as “pretty nuts,” also answers any lingering questions fans have about New York City’s “most seductive address.”

“We are going to wrap it up nicely,” he assured us. “It’s going to be pretty good. To wrap it all up in an hour is hard, but [the writers] do a pretty great job of it.”

So what’s next for the former One Tree Hill star now that 666 Park Avenue is coming to an early end?

“Pilot season,” he told us. “I would love to get into comedy! I’ve done drama now. If it was an existing show, maybe New Girl, or Ben & Kate, or [It's Always] Sunny in Philadelphia.”

(For the record, we could totally see him seducing, or at least attempting to seduce, Zooey Deschanel on New Girl.)

Hollywoodlife.com caught up with Robert Buckley at the the Cinema Society and Tumi’s screening of This Must Be the Place on Oct. 25, where he told us we can expect “some sexy costumes, at least one fistfight and at least one kidnapping” on the Halloween episode of 666 Park Avenue. “It’s our strongest episode yet” he said. Sounds exciting!

Robert is really enjoying playing Brian, as he says it’s quite different from his previous role, sports agent Clay Evans on The CW’s One Tree Hill.

“My Twitter followers are up in arms,” he told us. “They are like, ‘We can’t believe Clay is cheating on Quinn — and now potentially on his new wife.’ Clay is such a sweet guy, and Brian is a sweet guy, but he is making some bad decisions. It’s a lot of fun to play him.”

While Liam (Matt Lanter) may be content to assume “Vanessa” (Arielle Kebbel) really is gone for good — the boy is pretty, but not smart — I did a little digging to prove him wrong. And, spoiler alert: I was right! A source tells me we should expect Vanessa to return to 90210 on, or shortly after, the show’s 100th episode later this year.

666 Park Avenue

How much does Olivia (Vanessa Williams) know about the supernatural goings-on at The Drake? Has she been working with Gavin (Terry O’Quinn) all along to snatch up the residents’ souls? Fans will finally get some answers to those questions — and more — Oct. 28 on 666 Park Avenue‘s Halloween episode, ominously titled “A Crowd of Demons.” Oh, and remember Nona’s deadly vision of Jane (Rachael Taylor) from the pilot? Expect to see that recreated very soon.

Modern Family

We may not see as much of Haley (Sarah Hyland) on Modern Family now that she’s been shipped off to college, but trust me, she’s been busy. “I might get a new boyfriend,” she tells us, though she doesn’t rule out a surprise return from Haley’s ex-boyfriend Dylan (Reid Ewing). “Once you think Dylan is gone for good, he comes back. That’s been happening for four years now, so you never know.”

Nashville

Rayna (Connie Britton) might not have to worry about Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) sabotaging her career for very much longer! Juliette does something at the end of tonight’s episode that could have serious ramifications for her career and life in general. Without giving away too much, let’s just say I hope Juliette looks good in orange!

Now that the fall TV season is officially in full swing, I’m bringing back my weekly Spoiler Party, a collection of mini-scoops from some of my favorite shows. This week, I’ve got exclusive details on Melissa’s return to Pretty Little Liars, Henry’s new dilemma on 666 Park Avenue, a potential Suburgatory exit, and more!

Pretty Little Liars

Torrey DeVitto may be living large in Mystic Falls at the moment, but fear not, she’ll be back in Rosewood very soon! ”Melissa does come back,” Torrey tells me of her Pretty Little Liars persona, Melissa. “You’ll see a lot more of her in January.” (Let’s hope she’s not pregnant this time. That never ends well.)

666 Park Avenue

There’s always a lot to keep track of on 666 Park Avenue, but for the Oct. 21 episode, Rachael Taylor tells me that viewers should pay particular attention to Henry’s (Dave Annable) political subplot. “Henry is put between a rock and a hard place,” she explains. “At first, it doesn’t seem like it has anything to do with the Drake, but we realize a few episodes down the track that it absolutely does.” (Make a note, kids!)

Switched At Birth

It’s only fitting that the Oct. 22 season finale of Switched At Birth is Halloween-themed, because Daphne’s (Katie Leclerc) relationship with Jeff (Justin Bruening) is about to take a scary turn. Let’s just say her sudden promotion at Maize has raised a few eyebrows among the higher-ups — and they’re not ignoring their suspicions. (I’ll have more finale scoop later this week, so keep checking back!)

Suburgatory

Tessa (Jane Levy) returns from her summer in the city on tonight’s Suburgatory season premiere, but just as quickly as she arrives, someone else threatens to leave the ‘burbs forever! Who is it, and why does her desire to escape have Dallas (Cheryl Hines) willing to do anything to keep her in town? You’ll just have to watch and find out! (Oops.. did I say “she”?)

Bunheads

ABC Family’s Bunheads goes back into production on the second half of its first season next week — and straight into damage control. “Because of everything that happened with Michelle — her macing us, and our parents hating her — it could go so many different ways,” star Bailey Buntain admits to me. “I really hope the four girls’ relationship with Michelle gets better. … And I’m looking forward to exploring more with Ginny and her mom, because I think their relationship is so fascinating.”

Last Sunday, ABC’s 666 Park Avenue invited viewers to check into The Drake, a haunted apartment building with dark twists and deadly surprises around every corner, and Rachael Taylor — who plays Jane, one half of the Drake’s new management team — assures HollywoodLife.com that the twists have only just begun. For starters, “we learn that Jane has a more personal connection to the Drake than we thought, or even she thought.”

“Jane makes a discovery that hints at why she might be more attune to the supernatural happenings in the building,” Rachel reveals, adding that Jane’s husband Henry (Dave Annable) still “cannot seem to encounter or experience the supernatural world at all — which is certainly interesting for their relationship.”

And by “interesting,” of course, she means detrimental.

“My personal concern, because I love Dave Annable, is that their relationship can’t survive,” Rachael admits. “[Henry's] going to start to look at Jane and think, ‘Oh no. The woman I love is losing her mind.’”

Of course, Jane’s mind might only be the first of many things she loses. Rachael says her character goes through so many changes over the course of the season — the show was picked up for 13 episodes — that she becomes “quite literally unrecognizable” as we draw nearer to the end.

No matter what hell Jane goes through on the show — and believe me, there’s plenty of it — Rachael says she’s thrilled to have a job that puts her alongside TV legends like Vanessa Williams and Terry O’Quinn.

“Vanessa is so easy and confident,” Rachael says. “She just shows up and delivers an incredible performance. She knows that TV format so well, and she knows herself so well. She’s lovely to be around. But she’s also a tough cookie, which I really respect. … And I could listen to Terry read the phone book. He’s such a talented, amazing actor. You could hand him a copy of the yellow pages and he would make it sound spooky and sexy and everything in between.”

“Spooky and sexy and everything in between,” huh? I can’t think of a better way to sum up 666 Park Avenue!

2. Fall TV 2012: 8 New Shows We Can’t Wait To See

In order to get what you’ve always wanted, what would you be willing to give up? That’s the question posed by ABC’s spooky new drama 666 Park Avenue; and for the residents of the show’s titular address, the answer is “everything.”

On the show’s Sept. 30 series premiere, we met Henry (Dave Annable) and Jane (Rachael Taylor), a wide-eyed young couple with absolutely no idea what they’ve gotten themselves into. As the new managers of New York’s Drake Hotel, they’re working directly under Gavin (Terry O’Quinn) and Olivia Doran (Vanessa Williams), who put even the world’s most wicked landlords to shame.

The details are still fuzzy, but based on the events of the premiere, it’s clear the Dorans are deeply involved in the soul-trading business. Everyone who lives at the Drake is indebted to the mysterious couple — but does that mean Gavin is the devil? The devil’s second-hand man? Just a real bad dude? We’ll have to keep watching to find out, and I’m thinking the death of their daughter will soon become a key plot point.

But Henry and Jane aren’t the only couple under the Dorans’ collective thumb. The premiere also introduced us to struggling-playwright Brian (One Tree Hill‘s Robert Buckley) and his fashion-photographer wife Louise (Mercedes Masöhn). All seemed well under their little roof at the Drake, until the arrival of Alexis (Helena Mattsson), a mysterious blonde who Brian had been eyeing from across the street. Shortly after she worked her way into their lives, everything started going haywire — including a hellish elevator ride that sent Louise to the hospital!

There’s also Nona (Samantha Logan), an adorable little ragamuffin who roams the halls of the Drake, stealing small items of sentimental value from the residents. Is she working with the Dorans? Is she a ghost, herself? So many questions, so few answers.

In my opinion, the pilot was good, but more importantly showed potential for a chilling future. Not to mention, the cast is incredible. It’s like ABC plucked one actor from each of its most successful dramas — in Rachael’s case, I’m referring to Grey’s Anatomy, not Charlie’s Angels — and the result is, well, magic!

Arrow (Oct. 10 at 8 p.m. on The CW)
Why we’re excited: Our DVRs have been craving a new superhero show ever since Smallville ended in 2011 — and Arrow star Stephen Amell‘s shirtless promo shots give us six very good reasons to program our season pass. #AbJokes

Chicago Fire (Oct. 10 at 10 p.m. on NBC)
Why we’re excited: Nothing needs to be said about NBC’s new fire-fighting drama; it’s more about the visuals. Just imagine Taylor Kinney — yes, Uncle Mason from The Vampire Diaries — battling flames alongside his calendar-worthy colleagues. We’re getting hot just thinking about it!

Elementary (Sept. 27 at 10 p.m. on CBS)
Why we’re excited: We love Elementary‘s fresh take on Sherlock Holmes’ classic tale. Jonny Lee Miller as a hot, fresh-out-of-rehab Holmes? Lucy Liu as a disgraced surgeon — and not to mention female — Dr. Watson? There’s no mystery here: We’re already hooked!

The Mindy Project (Sept. 25 at 9:30 p.m. on FOX)
Why we’re excited: We’d never take medical advice from Mindy Kaling‘s new doctor character — she’s pretty much a malpractice suit waiting to happen — but we’ll definitely tune in every week to watch her fall (and fail) in love.

Nashville (Oct. 10 at 10 p.m. on ABC)
Why we’re excited: Besides the fact that we’d watch anything starring Connie Britton, Nashville is just really good, soapy fun. Even if you’re not a country music fan, it’s impossible not to enjoy the catty rivalry between Connie and Hayden Panettiere. It’s like Smash. But in the south. And so much better.

Partners (Sept. 24 at 8:30 p.m. on CBS)
Why we’re excited: Partners feels like an updated version of Will & Grace — it comes from the same creators, after all — but we’re even more happy that it stars one of our favorites, Sophia Bush! We loved seeing her lighter side on One Tree Hill, so we’ll definitely be tuning in.

Revolution (Sept. 17 at 10 p.m. on NBC)
Why we’re excited: No power? No problem! We can’t wait to get sucked into J.J. Abrams‘ epic action drama about a world plunged into sudden darkness. Plus, we’re getting a major Katniss vibe from crossbow-wielding Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos). Game on, NBC!
