While Rick Ross celebrated his 37th birthday on Jan. 28 in Miami, Rick and his friend Sateria Moragne-el were the target of an alleged drive-by shooting, as shots were fired outside his Rolls-Royce when he left the famous LIV club. They were both unharmed, even after Rick crashed the car trying to get away — and 50 Cent believes the reason they weren’t hurt, is because the whole incident was fabricated! 50 Cent Tweets About Rick Ross Shooting Being Faked

“Hahaha fat boy hit the building?lol it looks staged to me. No hole’s in da car,” 50 Cent tweeted, attaching an Instagram pic of the car with zero bullet holes. The disbelieving rapper didn’t stop there. He also added, “Nah they shot in the air then he drove into a building.”

50 Cent isn’t the only person commenting on the shooting, either. The very famous LA drug kingpin, “Freeway” Ricky Ross, who once claimed Rick illegally stole his identity, chimed in with a statement of his own. He told HipHopDX, “I’m not surprised that it happened given recent ongoings, when someone doesn’t understand the street rules they get confused and incidents like this can take place. I’m still dealing with ongoing litigation about something as basic as using my name and identity, that should have been dealt with properly a long time ago. No ill will is wished upon anyone, but when you tell these stories about the streets you have to be careful.”

With news that Chief Keef (real name: Keith Cozart) was sentenced to two months in a youth detention facility on Jan. 17 for having violated the terms of his probation, celebrity fans of the troubled 17-year-old rapper have gone public with their reactions. From 50 Cent to Waka Flocka Flame to Jackée Harry — their responses may surprise you!

Speaking with MTV News, 50 Cent, Chief Keef’s labelmate, sympathized with the young rapper. “With Chief Keef, it’s unfortunate to hear that he’s actually locked up,” he said. “I feel bad, because I feel like I knew that was gonna happen. I knew what continues to happen afterwards if you let it spiral out of control.”

Rapper Waka Flocka Flame spoke with MTV also, encouraging people to give Chief Keef a break. “That’s a kid at the end of the day, you know what I mean…Instead of judging the kid and just bashing down, why not reach your arm out and help him?”

Chief Keef Earns Sympathy From Celebrities

QTip tweeted similar feelings of sympathy, saying, “Man I hope and pray that the yung (sic) brotha chief keef will be ok and come out of all this better…#onelove”

Actress Jackée Harry tweeted, “Chief Keef Crying In Court Today. #ThatsThatIshIDontLike!”

Rapper Fat Trel was more upset about the situation than some of his peers, telling XXL magazine, “I just think its bull s**t. I don’t know. I think it’s sour. That young boy just put out an album. [He] just got on probation. He just put out an album. Let that boy live. It’s f**ked up, but it is what it is. That s**t happen every day.”

Tweets About Chief Keef’s Troubles

Another rapper, Saigon, tweeted, “Its so bugged out seeing grown men wilding and so into Chief Keef and he gets locked up and goes to Juvie. Haha hes just a kid. Were LOST!”

Lil Duval, another rapper, tweeted his lack of surprise over news that Chief Keef cried in court. He said, “Chief keef cried over 60 days? I’m not surprised. Y’all forget he still a lil boy. Ask any teacher that teach bad kids.”

Lastly, Lil Keis tweeted words of encouragement to his friend. “I got you till you get home bro. @ChiefKeef Free chief keef the campain (sic).”

50 Cent dissed Kanye West hardcore during an interview with XXL Magazine, claiming Kim Kardashian is “trash.”

When asked about Kanye’s new song “Perfect B–ch,” written about Kim, 50 Cent says, “I mean … if that man feel like she’s perfect, then she’s perfect. He could mean it and you’ll end up singing the words to it because he’s Kanye. You know how it is? One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.”

Ouch! We have a feeling Kanye may be rapping about 50 Cent in the very near future!

A source close to Kanye tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, ”Kanye just laughed at that bucked tooth [boy's] comments. Who the f–k is he? Kanye’s always thought the [boy] was a joke. MTV reports that 50 Cent was hospitalized after getting into a car wreck but was released soon after and was not seriously harmed.

“Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson was involved in a car accident in New York in the early morning hours of June 26. He was taken to New York Hospital Queens where he was “treated for minor neck and back injuries,” said a source to MTV News.

The rapper’s website Thisis50.com was where fans first found out about the accident. His site revealed that the “Candy Shop” rapper’s bullet-proof SUV was rear-ended by a Mack truck while driving on the Long Island Expressway in New York City.

Pictures of 50 being wheeled on a stretcher as well as the damage done to the car are available on the site as well.

50 proved he was bulletproof after his 2002 drive-by, but the rapper may be taking the phrase “get rich or die trying” a little too seriously.
