Selita Ebanks, Jessica Stam & More Victoria's Secret Angels Reveal Their Fitness Tips!

Do you ever wonder how the gorgeous Angels tone up without losing their heavenly curves? We have the secrets straight from their lips!

Victoria’s Secret Angels have the most coveted figures in the world, and while genetics do play a part, the supermodels still have to watch what they eat and go to the gym! HollywoodLife.com attended the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show afterparty Nov. 10 at NYC’s Lavo and chatted with the models about their amazing figures! Selita Ebanks, Jessica Stam, Erin Heatherton and Candice Swanepoel admit that achieving their look might seem impossible, but they have crucial advice to help us get there.

  • Selita Ebanks says: “When I work out, I like to work out several parts of my body at the same time. So if I’m doing like pop-ups, I’m jumping up, clapping, I have weights on my wrists so I’m working on arms, shoulders. Then squats, I click my heels in the middle and jump up again, so it’s abs, glutes, legs, backs, shoulders, you know and cardio all in one. It’s a great workout.”
  • Jessica Stam says: “I like to run a lot; I run like three or four times a week.”
  • Erin Heatherton says: “I have a trainer and we just do a lot of dynamic pilates and a mixture of pilates and … no weight training.”
  • Candice Swanepoel says: “I box a lot. And I do a lot of resistance work. I workout two days and then I take a day off, I work out two days and I take a day off. It’s kind of staying in shape all the time rather then going up and down.”
