Victoria's Secret Angel Mommies — How They'll Lose The Baby Weight!

When a lingerie-clad Heidi Klum walked the runway for Victoria’s Secret less than two months after giving birth to her son Henry, every woman struggling to lose the post-baby pounds screamed at the TV screen — ‘How?!’ I know, life is so unfair sometimes. But getting paid to strut your stuff in skimpy undies is good motivation to lose the baby weight. In fact, she’s not the only Victoria’s Secret model to burn off the baby blubber fast. They all seem to  slip back into their itsy bitsy bikinis in now time flat.

Heidi Klum lets her kids be “wild and crazy!” How about you?

“I’ve never really had any special girdle machines or anything like that,” Heidi, 37, says about her workout routine. “For me, it’s, you know, really healthy foods, exercising, playing with the children, going to the park. Normal things.” And although she doesn’t like diets, she says she also doesn’t “sit on the couch with my feet up and eat one potato chip bag after the next.” She doesn’t have time considering she’s chasing after her four kids with SealLeni, 6, Henry, 5, Johan, 4, and Lou, 1.

Alessandra Ambrosio, 29, also looked fabulous strutting her stuff on the runway two months after welcoming her daughter Anja, now 2, with fiance Jamie Mazur. “I was doing 45 minutes of cardio everyday and working out with a trainer,” Alessandra says of her pre-lingerie workout to E! Online. “I couldn’t have the crazy diets, the liquid ones or the 1,000 calories a day because I was breastfeeding. I think breastfeeding actually helps you to lose some weight.”

Gisele Bundchen is not only a supermodel mama — she’s a superhero too!

Gisele Bundchen, who has a son Benjamin, 1, with footballer husband Tom Brady, credits breastfeeding for helping her get a jump start on shedding the pounds. “I kept myself in good shape during the whole pregnancy, eating healthily, meditating, and doing exercises,” says Gisele, 30, who practiced yoga and kung fu. “Little by little you recover your form. What helps me is the fact that I didn’t put much weight on, and that I had a natural birth and am breastfeeding.”

We don’t need a Magic 8 Ball to predict if brand new moms Miranda Kerr and Doutzen Kroes will get their pre-baby bods back as fast as their fellow Angels. All signs point to YES!
