From looking at the gallery of photos they were happy and shared many precious times and moments. These are the things that one must remember in a relationship of any kind. There is no “happy forever after more.” We all grow and sometimes that is together and sometimes it is done separate. Katie has decided that it is her time to go for whatever reasons and we must all respect her for that. Best of wishes on their continued paths.

All these people on here bashing Katie and pro Tom are obviously Scientology “crazies” ordered to go online and defend him and report any negativity to websites. The email was leaked and you can read it online where it instructs the followers to do this. Not fooling anyone, crazy people!

First of all her name is “KATIE” not Kathy. Katie was one of the main characters on Dawson’s Creek, 7 years before she met Tom. She also starred in ALOT of movies and shows prior to meeting him. How can you say she used him to become famous? In my eyes she became famous all on her own.
You really don’t think she loves her child and she is using Suri as a weapon against Tom? WHAT? Are you serious? It is more than obvious she loves her daughter more than life itself and so does Tom. Do you believe everything you read and hear in the media? Back in March 2011 Star magazine did a cover story on Katie stating she was doing drugs. Katie filed a lawsuit and won, Star magazine also wrote a public apology. You can believe everything you read.
I hope the best for this family. It is really sad when the media twists a lot of the facts and that people like you believe them.

I don’t think Kathy ever loved Tom. She simply used him to become popular and to have a famous and rich father for her child.
She knew how to wrap him around her finger and now she shwos her true identy… fake lover, and selfish mother.
I don’t see love in her eyes in any of her pictures. I don’t even think she really loves her child. Otherwise she would not use the child as a “weapon” agains Tom.
To deprive child of her father is the worst thing to do. I don’t see a good mother in her at all, and she is ruining the life of the innocent child.
TOM…. fight for your child. She deserves TRUE love, not the selfish one.

I am pleased to hear that Katie Holmes has left. Tom Cruise has been “sick” forever. Three wives and he doesn’t see the connection of his failures……..He seems to go after catholic girls with the thought that he WILL change them to follow scientology. It’s a scary religion or cult however you view it.
I often wonder what Tom Cruise’s parents think of his actions, or his family. So often he comes across as being so full of himself and definately controlling. Three wives, three divorces, all the wives leave at age 33, and scientology is behind it.Doesn’ take a genius Tom…….Your so weird!

Good for her!! He is bad news as is that scientology CRAP!!! She knew what was right in her heart and I’m so proud she found the strenghth and courage to stand up for herself and her daughter!! Katie Holmes was an actress before marrying Tom Cruise and ended up sitting around alone while Tom Cruise went off on his acting career. He was never around. Tom Cruise is one of the best actors out there, always has been and his work has always been very important to him. But when Suri was born he seemed so interested in being with her all the time and loved being a father.Now he is hardly around and it has been said Suri has been acting up, possibly because her father is never around. I believe what Katie Holmes says about Scientology. I was wondering though will Tom Cruise win bringing the divorce to California since it only said Katie Holmes moved her things out of the NY apartment they shared but never said she packed up her belongs from their California homes.

Katie doesn’t seem as though she has much of a life accept living for her child and her husband. It is no wonder she became unhappy. Maybe if she would have been more like Jolie and keep busy by giving to others. Regarding her not wanting Suri to be raised by the religion to me is a lie of the media. She knew he was a scientologist and she didn’t care even though she was raised catholic. Now that Tom is busy with his own career and she stuck at home without a thriving career and without much attention he used to give her, she becomes depressed and to get attention, she files for divorce.
I say, Katie, get a life and maybe give to others.

Obviously some readers hve never been in a controlling relationship by the comments that have been left, if you truly love someone you accept them for who they are and want them to succeed and be happy n life and not try to change them to make yourself happy. As long as Katie does what Tom wants he’s happy, go against what he wants then he will guilt her to be what he wants her to be and that guilt trip gets old after awhile and you either put up with it or stand up for yourself and tell that person they need to figure out what there idea of love is.It’s not about manipulation and guilt trips, your supposed to be on the same team.

you might be the only one who feels sorry for Tom. He showed his true colors many years ago when he left Nicole while she was pregnant with his child (she later miscarried) then he took her 2 children away from her and had them calling her by her first name. The guy is creepy, to put it mildly. Very much a control freak. He has yet to have a successful relationship. Gee, wonder why? Katie is doing what any good mother would do; get her child away from that cult before they have a chance to brainwash her into calling her by her first name. Mother/child should never be broken. Shame on Tom for breaking that bond between Nicole and her children.

Don’t feel sorry forTom, he’s been married three times. He’s the one with the problem. Tom is heart broken ? Not really. He wants his own way. She can now do as she pleases & become an actress again., SHE DOESN’T BELIEVE IN SCIENTOLOGY – SHE’S A CATHOLIC.. she doesn’t want her child to be sent to a strict scientology school.
