A family source reveals why it isn’t safe for Leah to live with Amber!
Amber Portwood‘s mother isn’t the only person worried for her safety. Another close family source tells HollywoodLife.com that the Teen Mom star is in serious danger, and she believes daughter Leah isn’t safe with her. ”Amber did not abandon Leah,” the source tells us exclusively. “She left her with Gary so she can find a new home that’s away from town because she’s getting death threats. She doesn’t want Leah around that.”
The source also confirms that Amber will be on Teen Mom’s third season, even though she doesn’t want to be: ”Amber already has a contract that she cant get out of.”
As for the allegations that Amber is abusing prescription drugs, the source says it’s all bologna!
“Amber is prescribed [Klonopin] for anxiety but she is not abusing it,” the source assures us. “She’s seeing a therapist, and far as I know, it’s going well. I think it’s even better that her and Gary are apart and not getting back together.”
With all the drama surrounding Amber — including the ongoing domestic violence investigation — we can’t help but wonder: Should the third season of Teen Mom be Amber’s last?
