I know Maroon 5 is spelt like this but… the album initials are pretty cheeky along with the Lavine doppelganger. Then again it could be about Gyllenhaal with Lavine look-a-like just as the stand in.

I know! I keep wondering if it’s about Adam Levine…he acts and looks so much like him. Out of all her other exes though, he does look like Jake kinda. And Jake and Adam are good friends, so would either date her after the other?? There’s the scarf thing which makes it seem like Jake. But there also being a song called “I Knew You Were Trouble”, it does seem like she could’ve dated Adam.
