Taylor Lautner: 'I Help Out With The Lawn, Garbage Dishes,' And He Isn't Worried About Being Typecast!

The hunky werewolf opens up: “I live two lives!”

Once again, Taylor Lautner proves he’s every bit the good-guy he plays in the Twilight saga. In an interview with Matt Lauer on the Today show June 28, the 18-year-old revealed he still lives at home — and does chores! “I help out with the lawn, garbage, dishes,” Taylor admitted. And when he comes back from a long shoot, he doesn’t get to relax. That’s when he has “extra mowing to do!” That’s when the interview, as all conversations with Taylor do, turned to the topic we know YOU all care about: Taylor’s thoughts on taking his shirt off!

“They ask me to take my shirt off a lot,” Taylor replied when asked about his fans (aka all of you.) But the fans aren’t the only ones clamoring for Taylor to strip down. “In Valentine’s Day … I was supposed to change my shirt [in one scene]” Taylor revealed. Luckily for Taylor (and unluckily for all of you) that scene was re-written to keep Taylor fully clothed.

But is he worried that his shirtless Eclipse role will cause him to become typecast in Hollywood? Of course not! “As an actor I want to grow, but I give all the thanks to this,” he said of the franchise.

Sorry to burst your bubble, Taylor, but we have to disagree. For crying out loud, we’ve already heard that you go shirtless in your next movie Abduction!
