Photos! Diane Lane & Pregnant Ali Larter Race For 1st Place At 'The Secretariat' Premiere — Who Looked Best?

And they’re off! Ali, Diane or Amanda — who deserved the first-place ribbon at The Secretariat premiere?

No horses walked the carpet (sad) at the Sept. 30 premiere of Disney’s The Secretariat, but the killer looks from singer Amanda Michalka, 19, bump-tastic Ali Larter, 34, and the movie’s star Diane Lane, 45, MORE than made up for the lack of pretty ponies! Diane showed off her teeny tiny figure in a tight black Lanvin dress, and Ali followed suit by showcasing her adorable baby bump in a short black number. Click through our gallery from the movie’s premiere, and vote: Who looked best?

Leonardo De Vinci praised Horses – This is God’s perfect creation, as close to perfection as will on have this Earth.
Secretariat is the Great Uncle of my Horse “Frisky are We”. Frisky raced and set records, but as soon as my Wife and I received Frisky we stopped racing him immediately because he was too jacked up on Steriods from the previous owner. Money and fame over Love ruled unfortunetly, and it hampered the true gift he possesses in his heart from being fully embellished. We almost lost him that year but he pulled through, since then he has had a bountiful life roaming and running through the pastures and woods of Northern Virginia with his BFF “Troy”, an Andalusian (sic). Frisky is having an operation today at the Leesburg, Virginia. He has damage to his right tendon and ankle joint from his racing days. Thank God we didn’t race him. Under the care of the best Equine Med Center in the nation, Dupont, he will be back to his Frisky self soon and giving Troy a hell of a time. There is something in his blood that makes him survive beyond any trial. The love he has for all other things on this Earth is beyond all the money he could have put in peoples pockets from the track. Now he runs because he just wants to prove to himslef that he is the fastest horse on the mountain or valley. Yes, he has the noble arrogance of his Great Uncle, but in a good way.

You can see this stoic Horse in Northern Virginia living peacefully, much to the disdain of his other Horsefriends, in Middleburg.

I might add, the Doctors at the Dupont Equine Medical Center (affiliated with Virginia Tech, and established with a grant from the DuPont Family) are the best, just in case I didn’t mention that before.
