These women might have packed on the pregnancy pounds earlier this year, but you would never know it now — they look fantastic! Here’s how they lost the baby weight!

From pole dancing to dieting, the hot mamas who gave birth to their babies over the past year have not only lost the extra pounds, but they look better than ever! It must be the mommy glow! She may be seem like a good girl in the movies, but Amy Adams didn’t walk her way to her post-baby body — she swung on the stripper pole! Amy, 36, welcomed her first child with fiance Darren Le Gallo, a daughter Aviana, seven months ago and in Marie Claire’s December issue, she talks about how pole dancing workouts have quickly become one of her favorite ways to get back in shape.“Some mom friends said it’s a good way to lose the baby weight,” says Amy. “And I’ll do anything to get off that treadmill.”

Kourtney Kardashian credits breastfeeding, working out and eating healthier for her slim down after having Mason, 1, with long-time boyfriend Scott Disick. “Breastfeeding takes a lot of the weight off, so I lost a lot of it easily, not changing anything,” Kourtney, 31, says in her book Kardashian Konfidential. “Then I went back to working out again. I have changed the way I eat some. Now I have breakfast every morning, which I think is good for your metabolism.”

Padma Lakshmi, who had baby Krishna in February, took an easier approach to losing the baby weight — she just let it happen. “Be patient with yourself and give yourself compassion,” Padma, 40, tells new moms in Redbook. “It’s about consistency. You’re not going to lose 20 to 30 pounds in a month, nor should you. You can still feel feminine and beautiful and strong whether you’re a size 12 or a size 2.”

Kendra Wilkinson, who gave birth to Hank Baskett Jr. in December 2009, slimmed down with a lot of exercising and dieting, but her main motivation was looking hot for her husband! “He’s the one I am doing it for,” Kendra, 25, says of hubby Hank. “It’s not even for me being on the cover of magazines or on a TV show. I want my body back for Hank!”

Rebecca Gayheart agrees with Kourtney — breastfeeding does the trick! “I think it was the breast feeding to be perfectly honest,” Rebecca says. “And I’m eating pretty healthy, whole foods.” Rebecca, 39, welcomed daughter Billie with her husband,Eric Dane, in March.

Bethenny Frankel gave birth to baby Bryn in May, but she hasn’t slowed down a bit! “There’s been no real drastic any thing,” Bethenny, 40, says of her post-baby body solutions. “I’ve really been eating, just not like a crazy person.” The author of Naturally Thin also combines outdoor activities with routines from her Body by Bethenny DVD. “Sometimes it’ll take me the whole day to get through it,” she adds. “I do what I can when I can a couple of times a week.” But she also knows when her weight loss has gone too far: Bethenny just competed  on Skating With The Stars, and her grueling training sessions actually made her lose too much weight! “Eating enchiladas at ‘on the border’ mex grill at 10am.need to gain weight.I look like magda from ‘something about mary,'” she Tweeted this week.
