You aren’t having déjà vu– if some of the get-ups on the red carpet looked familiar last night, it’s because we’ve definitely seen them before! Check out how many fashion face-offs I found & VOTE for who wore it better!
With so many awards shows, it’s only inevitable that a gal is going to come down the carpet in a get-up we’ve already seen on someone else — but four frocks in one night? I can’t remember the last time there were so many repeats on one red carpet! See who had a repeat moment at the People’s Choice Awards last night and vote for who wore it better.
When Kim Kardashian came down the red carpet last night wearing a gold strapless Malandrino it looked super familiar — but that’s because we first saw a longer version of the get-up on Drew Barrymore on Aug. 23! While Kim shortened the dress and paired it with peep toe Louboutin’s, Drew belted the gown and wore platform pumps. I’m a huge fan of the frock, and I think it translates well in both the longer and shorter versions!
Fergie has just enough confidence to totally pull off the peacock Falguni and Shane mini she rocked on the red carpet at the American Music Awards back in November — which is why when I saw Tiffany Hines last night all I could think of was Fergie! Don’t get me wrong, Tiffany did a great job — but trying to compete with Fergie is no easy fete!
Just when you thought trying to keep up with Fergie in a mini was so tough, Virginia Williams stepped out in the sequins Oday Shakar mini Sandra Bullock wore when she returned to the spotlight after her marriage crumbled. Everyone’s eyes were on the star when she emerged in her ‘Sandra got her groove back’ moment, which is why it’s such a tough look to re-create. That being said, the dress doesn’t look the same at all in a different color!
Alexander McQueen‘s strapless chiffon gown was so popular that it was re-created this season, in gray. Khloe Kardashian opted for the latest version as she debuted her new ‘do at the People’s Choice Awards last night — but that wasn’t the first time we spotted the fock! Back in 2007, Jessica Alba donned the dress in a different color — but with the signature draping and fabric, you can spot that frock anywhere!
