The baby is really cute, but cosidering the fact that the baby is a girl, she needs a woman to raise her not a gy, so let her mom raise her, and paulyd can just go and visit the baby any time he wants, cuz hes the dad.

That is a pretty broad statement to make. You don’t know anything about this girl to say no matter what she should be raising a child. What if she’s a straight-up crack head? No matter what she should still raise a baby? What if she is an alcholic or has an unfit house? No matter what he shouldn’t be able to raise his daughter?
My cousin went through a judge who thought “no matter what” the baby should stay with the mother and you know how that worked out? After the police found the baby in a carseat in the corner of a drug house the judge finally decided “well, maybe the stable father with no drug problems, a full-time job, home owner and responsible citizen should raise this child instead of a drug addict.”
Fathers – even Pauly D… have rights too
