Believe it or not, ladies, it is possible for you to achieve Nina Dobrev‘s crazy-hot body — and there’s no bloodsucking required. The Vampire Diaries star reveals her easy-to-follow fitness tips in the special celebrity fitness issue of Seventeen magazine, while posing for a sexy photo shoot on the beach. Her first easy tip? Take the stairs! “[In my new place] there’s an elevator and there are stairs,” she tells the mag. “And I almost always take the stairs.”
Nina’s big on finding ways to seamlessly squeeze fitness into her everyday routine, a habit she’s been keeping up since she was 17. She says she used to ride her bike to and from high school because “it was faster than the bus and it didn’t cost $1.50.”
As for her favorite way to workout, Nina says she’s all about hot yoga. “It takes a lot for me to sweat,” she admits.
