Nicole Kidman, Christian Bale, Jeff Bridges, and other A-listers celebrate at the Governor’s Ball, the Oscar’s official afterparty.

There are a lot of Oscar parties to attend following the star-studded Academy Awards, but the Governor’s Ball is usually everyone’s first stop. Celebrities flocked to Hollywood & Highland before moving on to other exclusive bashes including Vanity Fair and Elton John. So what were the stars doing at the Governor’s Ball?

Oscar nominee Nicole Kidman, her husband Keith Urban, and presenter Jennifer Hudson, a Weight Watchers devotee, indulged in celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck’s delicious spread including his famous mini Kobe beef burgers. Other stars didn’t even have time to enjoy the food because they were in such a rush to get to the other parties.

Jeff Bridges and his daughter, Isabelle, took to the dance floor while other stars, including Armie Hammer, sipped on Moet & Chandon, the official champagne of the Oscars and the sponsor of the extravagant party. Many Oscar winners stopped into the ball in order to get their names engraved on their gold trophies right away so they could instantly show off their new favorite men.

It looks like so much fun, we wish we could have been there! What has looked like the most fun party so far? Tell us below.
