Miley Cyrus Is At It Again! She Wears TWO See-Through Tops In One Day!

It looks like Miley’s up to her old tricks again!

I guess it’s true what she says — Miley Cyrus really can’t be tamed! The 17-year-old was spotted TWICE in Los Angeles on Sept. 15 wearing see-through tops that showed off her black bra underneath. Miley made a trip to the grocery store in a semi-transparent gray shirt earlier in the day, but switched to a sheer black top for her night out on the town with fellow Disney starlet, 18-year-old Demi Lovato. I think I speak for all of America when I say: “Miley, you’re 17 years old! Cover up!”

Here’s the problem with this – the fact is, that shirt wouldn’t be see-through had it not been for the flash the paparazzi uses.
This wouldn’t be see-through if it weren’t for the flash. Fact is, this is just a thin black tank top NOT a see-through shirt.
Get over it.

Whats the big deal? She is wearing a Bra. I don’t understand why this is an issue. Its not like she is flashing her breasts. I have seen younger girls wear less at the beach. She is wearing a very dark Bra. not a see through one. Its not up to Miley to decided what other ppl wear! If you think she is not dressed properly then don’t look up pictures of her or let your own kids buy cloths like this. It not her responsibility to teach other peoples children a dress code.

What a skanky hoe bag. At least wear something that covers up your bra. For god sakes, 6 and 7 years olds look up to her! Yeah I understand, she’s 17 now, but it was her choice of going with Disney. Besides who would want to see her boobs. They’re like Hershey kisses :S

Why do these girls always have a handful of stuff and a bag of stuff and stuff stuck all over themselves? I would assume it’s chock full with a mini-pooch and makeup and tampons and condoms and emergency hair extensions but then there’s the phone and the cup of whatever? Is this some kind of hoarding-type mental illness?

She probably could have been emancipated from her parents at 16 if she wanted to. She’s going to be 18 in 2 months…it’s neither here nor there at this point. Besides since she’s not all that good looking, it’s her way of being independent and feeling good about herself.
