Miley Cyrus turns the big 1-8 tomorrow, which means today is officially the last day we get to express our shock and awe at her outrageous underage shenanigans. So let’s lament celebrate this momentous occasion by taking a look back at the past year, easily Miley’s most scandalous one yet.

I am a Miley fan but I think she should wear a bra with like T-shirts. Its ok with like summer dresses and things but not with regular T-shirts. But that’s just me.
