On the eve of the first anniversary of their father’s death Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12 and Blanket, 8 are keeping their heads high. The trio tried to sneak in some relaxation during a Hawaiian vacation before heading to Indiana for a vigil in honor of their dad.
For the most part, Jackson’s children are coping well, Adam Streisand, grandmother Katherine Jackson’s lawyer told the Associated Press. “The children are seemingly as normal as normal can be under pretty extraordinary circumstances.”
This week Katherine also revealed that the three kids (who have been home-schooled) will be attending a private school in Los Angeles at the conclusion of the summer break.
According to CNN, the grassy yard of Michael’s old Encino estate is often filled with Michael’s kids playing ball with their cousins, the sons of Jackson brothers Jermaine and Randy, who have lived there the past year with their mother.
