A hushed silence sweeps over a world in mourning at the sudden death of international superstar Michael Jackson, who has reportedly died of cardiac arrest Thursday afternoon, June 25, 2009. The 50-year-old music legend had been preparing for a monster comeback tour of epic proportions, despite looking gaunt and sickly and making routine visits to medical clinics and doctors. Jackson is survived by his three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince “Blanket” Michael Jackson II.<br />

Michael first earned a place in our hearts as the cute youngster of Jackson 5. In the 80s, Michael went on to create hits we loved like “Thriller” and “PYT”. Into the 90s, he continued to give us great songs like “Dirty Diana” and “Smooth Criminal”. Relive some of Michael’s most memorable moments! Click for more pics!
