Are You Addicted To Dying Your Hair Like Lindsay Lohan?

Seriously, Lindsay’s hair has been three different shades in one week!

Lindsay Lohan, 24, is known for being the queen of excessive behavior, whether it’s shopping or downing Red Bulls — but is her new obsession dying her hair? In a period of only six short days, the starlet appears to have dyed her hair THREE times! Doesn’t that sound a little excessive and damaging?

According to Jackie Cascarano, creative director of hair and beauty site Lock & Mane, “over-dying your hair dries it out and strips hair of shine and luster, as well as causes excess breakage at the ends.”

As a blonde myself, I know I tend to dye my hair way too often to avoid roots — but what was Lindsay’s motivation? She went from bleach blonde Sept 8. to her “natural” red Sept. 10 to strawberry blond Sept. 14! That CAN’T be good for her!

According to Jackie, “you can’t over-moisturize overprocessed hair.” So if you, like Lindsay, are constantly dying your hair, here are Jackie’s personally approved products that will keep your color-processed hair in good shape:

Trattamento al Fango Marine Mud Treatment , $26.00 Crema Ultra Moisturizing Daily Conditioner, $22.00 Pronto Instant Glossing Cream, $19.00 Captivating Copper Shampoo, $19.95
