Just three months after giving birth to son Mason Dash Disick, Kourtney Kardashian already has her pre-pregnancy bod back! Just how did she do it?

The answer: the 30-year-old mama shed her pounds the old-fashioned way – through exercise! On March 23, Kourtney wrote on her Twitter page, “morning jog with @kimkardashian on the beach! no better way to start my day… well, a smile and a kiss from mason first of course.”

Previously, on March 13, Kourtney tweeted, “Morning workout! Who else is starting their Saturday with some exercise?”

While it was rumored that Kourtney was planning on taking QuickTrim (which her sisters Kim, 29, and Khloe, 25, represent) to drop the baby weight, based on her tweets, it sounds like she’s decided to trim down in a healthy, natural way.

Good for you, Kourt! You look fabulous. Although if WE were filming a reality show in the land of hot bodies like you are with Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami, we’d want a svelte physique, too!
