Most women kiss their dreams of perfect bodies goodbye after having children. After all, it’s not easy for a body to bounce back after carrying dozens of extra weight for months on end! However, women like Kourtney Kardashian, Jennifer Hudson and Bethenny Frankel managed to not only get their old bodies back after having their babies, but look better than ever! How do these celebrity women get back their tight abs, cellulite free legs and toned arms after popping out kids?
It’s no walk in the park. They are the first to admit looking sexy in a bathing suit takes hard work, especially after having a baby.
“For me eating healthy is my priority, especially not just for myself, but for my son now,” new mom Miranda Kerr has said. “I’m breastfeeding so it’s really important that I continue to eat healthy. I also do some Yoga as well and doing some squats.”
Kourtney Kardashian is another celeb who’s been open about her struggle to drop the extra pounds after giving birth to her son Mason more than a year ago.
“I take Mason on lots of walks. Carrying him around him around is like carrying 20lbs all day,” Kourtney has said. “When he was a baby I’d do squats while holding him.”
Plus, Kourtney, 31, said she changed her diet. “I was eating a lot of dried fruit and I didn’t know how much sugar that added. And now I’ll eat raw almonds instead of salted ones,” the reality star explained.
Jennifer Hudson is a celeb who drastically changed her look post-baby. The 29-year-old American Idol alum lost 80 pounds on Weight Watchers after giving birth to her son, Otunga, in 2009.
On the plan, every food has a point value based on calories, fiber, fat, carbs. She doesn’t have to give up the foods she loves as long as she stays within the alotted points for her weight.
Regardless of which diet and exercise plan you follow, these celebrities make it known dropping baby weight isn’t easy and takes deliberate moves in the right direction.
