In my opinion Kim is not in touch with reality or responsibility, and shows signs of Post Tramatic Stress, and will continue making mistake after mistake. She needs to stay in her marriage to snap out of fantasy land. West praying on Kims instability, and publicity is humiliating to both Jenner/Kardashians, and Humphries in the public eye, both families need to help Kim, Jenners and Humphries need to step in and forget about their anger and judgement, or insult for one another!
