Kim worries that she has too much cellulite on her ‘jiggly thighs’ — what do you think? Does she have an incredible bod or does she need to skip those sweets she loves?
Kim Kardashian is working her butt off literally, but just can’t seem to get rid of certain imperfections. “When I’m in La, I exercise every day,” Kim tells Self magazine. “And I’ll say it. I think my thighs are jiggly and I have cellulite.”
Kim admits that she has a weakness … she loves to eat! “Of course I struggle with insecure moments,” she says. “I wish I didn’t. But I love to eat! Especially sweets.”
While filming Kourtney & Kim Take New York last year, Kim put on 10 pounds by chowing down on “street meat.” But today, she hits the gym, keeping one idea in her mind: “On days when I need extra motivation, I just think: ‘Bikini, bikini, bikini!'”
So how is Kim working on getting toned? “I lift weights with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, in the morning three days a week,” she says.
And it’s making a difference! “After working out, I see a difference in my butt and thighs and my clothes fit a little differently, too,” says Kim. “I’m also really proud of how toned my arms are.”
“Of course, I’m a perfectionist, so there’s always room for improvement,” Kim adds. But “Salma Hayek and Jennifer Lopez prove you can be curvy and proud!”‘
Kim shares this tip with her fans: “Find the one part of your body that you love and accentuate it. For example, because I have a small waist, a big butt and thin legs, belts work for me.”
“Growing up I saw only skinny models and didn’t relate,” says Kim. “You have to know what looks best on your body.”
And “when I put the time in at the gym, I’m confident,” she says. “You have to feel good to look good!”
