‘Dancing With The Stars’ Karina Smirnoff Nude In ‘Playboy': How She Stays Fit!

Karina Smirnoff is proud of her enviable assets. The 32-year-old Ukrainian beauty has shown a lot skin in her 10 seasons on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars — and now she’s taking it all off. Playboy founder Hugh Hefner took to this Twitter to tell fans about the hot cover of his May issue, and Karina’s nude spread inside.

“The May issue of Playboy is unforgettable with Dancing with the Stars ‘Karina Smirnoff on the cover & nude inside,” Hugh tweeted.

But this isn’t the first time that Karina has posed scantily-clad. She posed naked for a PETA ad in 2009 and also for FHM magazine in 2008.

HollywoodLife.com spoke with Karina in December when she released her first workout DVD called Shape Up with Karina and she revealed the secret to her perfect body!

“It’s partly genetics,” she says. “My mom is in great shape and she works out and tries to stay slim. I have a healthy appetite. But Dancing with the Stars is great because you’re teaching all day,” she tells us. “It’s a stressful three months of our lives because you get nervous for your celebrities. You’re trying to keep them calm, and you’re freaking on Tuesday night, and you’re worried, Tuesday night stress and pressure adds a lot. You drop five pounds automatically.”

Here are the exclusive diet and workout tips Karina gave us just for you:

Breakfast: Scrambled egg whites & coffee

Lunch/Dinner: Chicken in a wok with vegetables, lemon pepper, BBQ and no salt, pepper or any spices.

Important hint: “I try not to have sweets past 8pm. Popcorn with butter is the worst thing you can do because the next day it’s like, ‘Why did I eat that?’ Nothing too sugary ever — but I think you should allow yourself to have one cheat day a week.”

Workout routine: “I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I do yoga, pilates and I pair it up with Shape Up Sketchers. Your calves are a little sore the next day but they give you more height and help tone my thighs, butt and calves.”

nice pictures ….. i like to show nudeity in pictures … nd often i download these picture nd save on FB wall …..
